After hurricane Ian, we noticed the wall had fallen toward the lake about 1". When I called her early in 2024 Donna asked we text photos. After sending the photos we called her back and she said we have been putting walls/pavers in for years and have never had any problem, and we no longer travel that far (Port Charlotte). She said she would confer w her husband and get back to us. Never have heard back from her. After this past season and 2 additional hurricanes, we returned to find the wall had fallen in about another inch. We contacted 2 local paver companies for repair estimates, each over $4000). We agreed to dismantle the wall and found no sand or rock support under the wall of any kind! I highly recommend being on site if you choose to use this company and if there is an issue, good luck!

They came in to replace the dark granite surrounding our fireplace and top of cabinets in our livingroom. We selected a beautiful black and white quartz to compliment our white bookcase. Their techs worked with us to address an issue with mirrors set into the back of the bookcase. The overall outcome is exactly what we wanted - worth the money they charged. We've been so pleased with our experience we have shared their contact information with our friends and one couple have already visited and ordered a replacement for their own kitchen and bathroom. Stone Factory has already completed three critical projects for us. We're still waiting on our other contractor to complete three others. These have been two very good experiences for us. Franz and Nick are both good representatives of the company and helped us achieve our positive outcomes.

I'm in the construction industry and notified him of several times of potential issues a month in advance and all he would say was "it's no problem we can handle it when we come to install" well, I ended up canceling two large marble vanity tops causing them to lose thousands in sales because they couldn't come up with a solution and then had multiple issues with the installation of the kitchen countertops. granted, I had a few out of the ordinary situations but, his lackadaisical I don't care attitude was frustrating beyond belief. ultimately I had to fix one of the issues in the kitchen myself and am contracting a new countertop company to install the vanity tops. I would highly recommend you use another company or at the very least not use Matt. And if whoever owns Stone Factory sees this, You better watch Matt closely because he is loosing you thousands in revenue. I just noticed that the waterfall edges on our island have a 1/2" gap between the cabinets and the waterfall! We bought the entire kitchen cabinets and all the marble from these guys and I cant get them to return to address these issues. I was contacted by Wayne after I initially posted this review and he said not to worry they'd make it right. after multiple phone calls I can't get an appointment set with him to come out to view the issues and come up with a solution. This situation continues to get worse. Oh and by the way, they advertise the sell kitchen cabinets but, its not them its someone else so don't be fooled into thinking your dealing with a one stop shop who has internal employees doing the work. Everything is subcontracted out to 3rd party installers. I'll update this if Wayne ever shows up to address the issues.

I would have given them four stars, but the crew dropped screws around property and one punctured one of my car's run flat tires and had to be replaced. The owner claimed it was not a cage frame screw from his company and would not cover the replacement tire cost, even though the screw matched the specialty screws they were using. The replacement cost was only a few hundred dollars, but the fact they left many screws around the property and wouldn't accept responsibility for causing a flat tire says a lot about the company.

RUN AWAY FAST......... These are NOT Professionals…read more I hired these guys to do my pool deck (strip, level, seal). They were nice guys, but their work was poor at most. I expected a crew of two pros to show up with the right tools and make it happen. Instead, Alex showed up with one other person, and basically showed him how to do the process on the spot. Then Alex took off, because he claimed his time was too valuable. While the worker-bee worked hard, he did a poor job of removing the original sealer, and took NO precautions to avoid getting product in my pool... They made a huge mess everywhere...!! I at the end of the day, when I saw the old sealer was still there and said i wasn't happy, Alex said the process would only be about 80% .. meaning this is the best we can do. I didn't accept this, so they made plans to return to do it again... after the second try, it wasn't much better.. So I sent paid them for the stripping job and sent them away.. I have since brought in a new Company who looked at it, and felt the say was as i did about... The new company had a 100% better policy and a 3 year guarantee. They came in and used the proper tools and process as professionals and made my patio look Brand New... which Eddie & Alex said they couldn't do... I'm not sure how Eddie and Alex are getting good reviews because they don't care about quality and getting the job right even though their prices are inline with pros that get it right... I would STAY FAR away from ever using these guys again.. they were a complete waste of money and caused me a lot of work to clean up after them...
