It took them until middle of March of 2025 to tell me that they can't fix it because they think it has water damage from a flood or it was submerged, IT WAS NOT. I don't know how it was when nothing else in my garage was submerged? So after five months, they threw it back into my lap and told me I have to go explain to my insurance company that it was flooded. I will never be purchasing anything from them again!

I showed up when their tire machine was down and Jim said "it's going to be tough but we'll do it old school with manual tire changing tools, we'll get you taken care of" Not only did they do it but they did it in less than 24hrs. The cart is great, runs great, looks great. Recently I called to voice concern that our batteries weren't taking water with our quick connect fill system.
