I'm not sure if the reviews from his guy are his from his friends or what. At first he seemed…read moreamazing, great talk, awesome prices. Welp... it was all talk. My French drains weren't put in correctly, sprinklers were all left poking out of the ground causing my kids to fall over and over on them, the sprinkles he used were trash. He said he couldn't bury the sprinklers because there was a frame in the way.... I ended up doing it myself... and found no wood frame underneath the ground. I'll say this, all the work seemed extremely half asses. I ended up getting charged more without him telling me until the end as well. I left marks for him to put the sprinkles and he put them wherever he thought was best. Absolutely, no water coverage on my new lawn. I called him to show him and texted him photos of the job and said he would be here the following week. He also left a patch of dirt with no grass where he was supposed to put it? It's been a nightmare. It's been almost two months and I haven't heard from. AVOID THIS GUY LIKE THE PLAQUE. I had to fix everything he did. Paid $1,200 for nothing. RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN.

No Customer Service -- Don't Waste Your Money on the Maintenance Plan…read more I purchased five palm trees and two large pots from this company. They planted the palms in the pots themselves and also sold me on their maintenance plan. Now, after all the rain, one of the pots has approximately four inches of standing water above the soil and is not draining properly. I was told they do not put rocks or other drainage material in the bottom of the pots when planting them. Their solution? They told me to stick something through the drainage hole at the bottom of this very large, heavy pot to try to clear it. How exactly am I supposed to do that by myself? What is even more frustrating is that their maintenance plan apparently does not include taking care of the pot or the palm that is now sitting underwater -- even though they planted it. So what exactly am I paying for? Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing their maintenance plan. At this point, I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all. Very disappointing customer service and a lot of money spent for very little support when there is actually a problem.
