My French drains weren't put in correctly, sprinklers were all left poking out of the ground causing my kids to fall over and over on them, the sprinkles he used were trash. He said he couldn't bury the sprinklers because there was a frame in the way.... I ended up doing it myself... and found no wood frame underneath the ground. I'll say this, all the work seemed extremely half asses. I ended up getting charged more without him telling me until the end as well. I left marks for him to put the sprinkles and he put them wherever he thought was best. Absolutely, no water coverage on my new lawn. I called him to show him and texted him photos of the job and said he would be here the following week. He also left a patch of dirt with no grass where he was supposed to put it? It's been a nightmare. It's been almost two months and I haven't heard from. AVOID THIS GUY LIKE THE PLAQUE. I had to fix everything he did. Paid $1,200 for nothing. RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN.

Tyler told me Jason was no longer with Moon Valley, and asked if he could meet with us at our home. Tyler was apologetic, kind, and could not have been more helpful. Tyler helped us find the right plants, and gave us nice ideas for our landscape areas. Despite being a very busy and important guy at Moon Valley, Tyler Brand treated my husband and I like we were very important customers, and was always available to us with any question we had. Tyler's team of hard working guys came and planted our new plants, refreshed our landscape areas with new mulch, and made everything look really lovely! Rob and I are very happy with the job they did for us. To make up for our negative experience with Jason, Tyler gave us some free gifts, and tried to make it up to us, which he succeeded in doing. Because of Tyler Brand, and his kindness, and consideration, Moon Valley Nurseries will be our go-to landscape place. Plus, Tyler is a fellow lover of the band Korn. Thank you, Tyler and Moon Valley!
