The part they sent me was unusable because one of the nuts was welded at an angle, making proper installation impossible. I contacted them multiple times via email -- no response. At the last minute, my son-in-law offered to tow & store for free if I would let them use it occasionally. A no-brainer...right? Before I even had the chance to call Richter & Sons to cancel, they towed it to their business. I had to call them and ask where it was. It cost me $242.69 for them to tow it a mile or less. Yes, I approved the estimate to tow, but I had not paid the invoice before they towed it. I was really pissed off once I found where they parked my travel trailer. In the mud vs. gravel or concrete. They broke the part you pull out to empty one of the tanks, and how the heck were they even able to tow it when the stairs were not put away. I did not give them a key.
