For reference, Arizona averages about $166, and low‑end shops charge around $95. I'm on Social Security, so I left and bought two cans for $14. I've always trusted this location, but I've never dealt with this particular employee, and the price felt like taking advantage of an older person. Next time I'll make sure to go inside and get help from the employee's I trust.

What's NOT FINE is sitting in the waiting room 45 mins after arriving after their mess up while seeing the tire that I dropped off at 10:30 am STILL Wasn't even moved an inch from where the place I dropped it off at (adjectent from front door) with the team member . -- 100% Completely unacceptable service . What I love most is the AUTOMATED response of : "We are sorry that we have caused this issue please reach out to us " -Chandler . ---Uhh chandler was 20 inches from me on the other counter and seemed to not care; nor did he try to assist expediting or correcting this mistake one bit at all. Just wait your turn - and you'll be happy to do so ; and if you speak up we will ask you to leave; is exactly how this customer service was at this store. Dont expect anything but bare minimum from anyone in a red shirt like checking in a customer (and even then; don't hold your breath) all while this NOTHINGNESS Was going on the guys in black shirts in the bat are hustling hard in triple digit weather . Those guys are the real ones keeping this shop going ; 5 guys in red shirts not knowing what's going on and 6 guys in back doing all the work. It is now 3:45 and I am finally leaving.

Our boat always works when delivered as they test em for function before returning to owner. Previous shop told us to take our boat out and see if they fixed it!! Seriously!?? Dead in the water! Example of their honesty: boat wasn't shifting property, as throttle connected to shifter, there was a host of funky problems. A dishonest mechanic could have come up with a list of probable causes, bent shift dogs, dirty carburetor, faulty ignition,....etc $1000s of unnecessary repairs. Turns out it was an aged plastic control cable clip that had snapped. Cost of repair:. If I recall it was @ $100.88 1 hour shop labor $.80 for the part $.08 tax. Repair was done that afternoon. Another previous shop"Rebuilt a carb" for us boat never ran right although the carb "sat for 2 days in solvent" carb was dropped off here, rebuilt next day, pics showing all dirty & buildup missed from other shop. Boat purrs like a kitten, starts and runs like it has fuel injection! It they tell you a part will soon fail, trust them , it will. Just have them fix what needs done and avoid future frustration.

Staff kept me informed and when it came time to pay, they waived the $275 dollar oil change fee. I have never received great service like this.
