Unfortunately, the universal brackets stocked upon their shelves wouldn't fit my Toyota Four-Runner SUV - due to it being an older model - yet that didn't stop employee Hal from offering me a "quick fix" to prevent my battery from sliding under my hood and causing me more expensive damage "down-the-road," as I can imagine the grease monkeys say. He asked that they refund my money and for me to follow up with the competitor if the problem persists. He tested my battery and confirmed that the issue was not the battery as previously diagnosed.
