I wasn't losing air, but wasn't about to pull it at home and get a flat in my driveway. So I was 3rd in line at Wheaton's and the service writer remembered me! As he also did tires, he came out and said "Let's pull it." He put liquid soap on the spot and pulled. The screw was less than 1/2 inch long and had not penetrated! Yay! Best possible scenario. No charge! Cudos for fast, friendly, old fashioned service!

My biggest problem was the customer service. The mechanic (whose first language was not English) had problems locating the proper jack fitting for my Tesla. Then he claimed that the tire could not be repaired. It was a simple plug fix but he wanted to either patch or replace the tire. It was only resolved when a manager became involved. Very nice lady manning the front desk but again seemed confused. Might be a one off but I probably would not recommend if other options are available.

Pierce exit 70, and later wheel bearing on driver front went out just east of Anne's Beach - Robert and helper came down from Key Largo in about an hour and replaced the hub on the side of the road. Got us back on the way to Marathon - How blessed were we to have God put Robert in our lives at such a troubled time. The next day he drove down and took my trailer back to his shop and basically rebuilt all 6 wheels, braking system, lights and and one blown out tire that also happened on the way down. Made it home safely on Wednesday and wanted to let them know how thankful we are for their spectaculare service. Not only did he basically give me a brand new functioning trailer but he also gave explicit instructions to my son on how to maintain it. It is great to meet a Christian brother along the way.

We traveled down to the Keys from NC. When we hit Orlando our battery warning light came on. I googled "Sprinter mechanic key largo" and EU motorwerk came up. I called and spoke to JC and we talked about the problem. We made it into his shop at 3:00 on Friday. He did diagnostics for us, ordered the parts and had us on our way on the following Monday at 5:00. We tried to give him a tip but he refused. We are so thankful we called him. I want to bring my sprinter down here so he can do all the servicing from now on ;) He was honest and straight forward with no fluff. Hello, I called this company for a golf cart fix, patric talked with me telling me i could bring…read moreit in, itold him it was anand older yamaha 2005 and i did not want flashy just running good for the farm.He called me back two days later telling me the controler was gone an needed to be rebuilt , i said okay how much he said around 950,i told him i would go with that, he started to name off new tires rims , and other stuff i said i am not driving on road its just for farm use, i waited 2 weeks then started calling , i am 72 year old woman i need cart to go to and fro becaue my legs dont work so well any more, i kept calling and no one would answer ,i finally went to thir site where they sell carts on face book and left message , patric finally got back with me, he told me my cart needs a motor , and old one coulnt be rebuilt, t ask how much now he said 1950. i thought well i need cart, he called back tqo days later ( i thought fast rebuilt ) he said they cant rebuild i need new motor i said now what , cost? he said it would be 2500. i told him he was price gouging me ,i told him i looked up the things and job it would take an cost of what i ask totaling 945, i said forget it dont do anything else , erthey didn;t even have controler in and already had motor in , i had to pay them close to 1200. 100 for labor, he tried to sell me a cart for 4000. i said i can by used cheaper then that, they might be able to sell golf carts new but thier service is a rip off, shame on them for trying to take advantage of a crippled old lady.
