Went down stairs for breakfast the next morning and was told by a very rude argumentative associate that yall didnt serve breakfast and as I told her I booked online and it said breakfast served 6-9am and she proceeded to tell me that that wasn't possible..so I pulled it and showed her and then said oh well ill have to let my manager know because we stopped doing breakfast.. why? Then I mentioned the fire alarm and possible moving us down to first floor she said yeah the fire alarm was from a hot shower .. no its not.. husband and I are both retired fire service and the fire alarm in the hall doesn't go off from a steaming shower nice try told her whatever we will be leaving today ... also its end of June and the pool is out service for the season' which none of these were even mentioned on the website or ny booking apps for this hotel

To each on their own, we have our own opinion and experience. As for my experience at this hotel, it was satisfactory for a place to rest for the night as I had 13-14 hours worth of driving from KY. I was three hours from my destination; however, it was too dark outside to safely and comfortably return home. I picked this place as it was an hour away from when I was searching for the closest, decent hotels. The place is centrally located with a few restaurants and gas stations, and it is right next to a major highway to start your drive to your next destination quickly. There is no pet-free at this hotel (what a deal!), so if you have fur babies, they are more than welcome, but please make sure you don't leave your pets alone in the hotel room as they tend to be anxious and bark nonstop when left alone. My check-in process (I arrived at the hotel at 9 p.m.) was fast, and I got my hotel card in less than five minutes. The hotel room is spacious, clean, and tidy.
