I am laughing writing that as I really can't see how the size of the portion justifies serving chicken that wasn't cooked. They banged said piece of offending chicken back on the grill and then gave it back saying that it would be cooked. Er. No. It. Wasn't. So, that got thrown in the bin and we will not be going back there. Kingston is our favourite franchise, as its location offers both a quick stroll into the centre of Kingston, as well as a nice walk along the river. Service was excellent upon entering, with friendly eager staff always there to help. We promptly sat down and ordered our burgers. GBK are special in that they are digitally very advanced, and always offering special deals to loyal customers (which I am one).
