The only problem is that sometimes it takes a while to get to order your food because they often only have one person operating the tills, even if there is a queue out the door. The food is usual KFC standard, sometimes good, but if you catch them on an off day then don't expect much. Quite often they run out of certain things, and it makes waiting for that amount of time seem pointless.

The branch is quite small, and especially around the entrance and in the queuing, it seemed too crowded, and the staff didn't seem too friendly or willing to help or even move the queue in such a quick and satisfactory manner either, which was a shame. I'm struggling to comment any further, but KFC certainly are not wise in this store to have such a small area for just one branch in the city centre, so of course it is going to be busy and unwelcoming and the actions of the member of the staff, seeming rushed and unhelpful doesn't seem to help the situation either which is a shame and why I feel this branch deserves a single one star rating.
