Love the food but my goodness, we so frequently get our meal with missing items! When we pick it up, we do a quick bag check and things appear to be in order. But the rice gets left out every 2-3 visits, and we don't catch it. Why?! Please, please, please make sure everything is in the bag. It's never even that busy when we pick up, so why the carelessness? We're at the point where we're going to open up every single box to make sure all our food is there. Just came to eat with my son. Two chicken sandos with fries and a drink cost $60. That is insane. Nando's you have lost your mind and priced yourself out of contention. Food came they charged me for a larger chicken breast and then it came out the same as my buddies who ordered a regular sando. I will NEVER eat your food again. Not often I come on here but Nando's on the Bypass has hit rock bottom. Always slow to serve, now the food is garbage. I asked for peri fries and 1 skewer of chicken. The fries were soggy with no peri on them. But the chicken! They changed hands in 2022 and their chicken! Used to be my favourite. They now include red pepper on the skewer and that's what the meat tastes like. Red pepper. The meats has been switched from breast to thigh because "people prefer it" (they actually said when I called to complain). It was stringy and slimy. We used to travel down to the Bypass because the Nando's here in the Grove was terrible. Nowhere to go now. read more

Tonight was my first experience with Nando's and I really loved that. I ordered classic plate from the sharing platter menu that came with the whole chicken, garlic bread and you can choose two large sides with that. I chose fries and corn. There are some different sauces on a big table in center of the restaurant that you can choose. I loved the interior design as well that you feel, you have a trip to Africa If you don't have any experience about Nando's so try it asap. There are lots of free parkings in front of restaurant. read more

Their chicken wraps are delicious but my golly theie has decreased to a kids meal for the price we paid..$13.49 with 2 sides of chips. Ridiculous!!! Very disappointed! They need to make the wraps a lot bigger! read more

I always passed by Nando's locations around BC but never had a chance to try them. I was in the Langley area around lunchtime and this time i decided to take the plunge and try it out. The dine in area is well decorated with mexican(?) style artifacts/antiques on shelves and it's clean. The washrooms were aesthetically pleasing and clean. Surprisingly when my friend and I arrived around 1pm it wasn't busy at all (maybe one or two tables) and there were plenty of large comfy booths available. I liked the upbeat hispanic music that was playing in the background. I could have danced in the dining area...maybe next time. The staff doesn't smile as much as i expect but they are efficient and courteous enough as any other restaurant. The food here is straight up delicious. The chicken breast and leg lemon and herb flavor was finger licking good! To be more specific, I ordered the peri peri chicken with two sides. The potato wedges side were cooked perfectly. I added a little dash of seasoning and it was perfect. I also ordered the mashed potatoes and they were really good. Well buttered. Be warned though, It's super filling! I think next time i'll order more chicken than sides. I totally recommend getting something with more meat on them. The chicken here are so good i believe you should just go all in and choose dishes with a lot of meat such as their share plates. They offer a lot of meat on those. At the side counter there is a supply of peri peri sauce of different flavours which adds a little kick in flavours to the chicken. You can help yourself with them. I added a dollop of garlic per-peri sauce...SO GOOD. I highly recommend you try them out! One thing to note was I slightly disappointed that they didn't have the coca cola freestyle machine that was mentioned in the menus. i ordered a bottle of root beer instead. Overall, If I'm craving for chicken in the Langley area, I will be back to this Nando's for sure. Recommended! read more

We came here as a family, we enjoyed the food. We asked for lemon herbed chicken but was given plain chicken when delivered to my table. The cashier didn't let us know that it wasn't an option. They only have one type of mild sauce out to use and ketchup. Wouldn't be coming back here. read more

Visited this location while visiting family in the area, must admit I'm jealous as it beats the snot out of metro town location, market crossing location, queen borough as well. The staff were soooo nice here, decor is nice and a but different from the other locations. The chicken was tasty and crispier and less saucy than my Vancouver - burnaby- new west locations. Stopped in this little place on my way in town because I just had to load up on their sauces because they are just soooo yummy! Ordered the chicken Ceasar wrap and it was yummy yummy yummy! Nando's is actually pretty expensive tho for a pretty much fast food type of restaurant tho even tho they make you order at the counter, pay at the counter and get your food delivered at the table? Kinda fast food I guess? Well for fast food it is a bit pricey but it is good tho. I like taking the sauces home so I can cook chicken with them. Sometimes it can take 15 plus minutes to get the food tho but overall I like it. read more

My husband and I ordered for take out. First of all the man on the phone was so rude taking our order. Once we got home we smelt our mashed potatoes and it was gone bad. It tasted like sour milk. The chicken was okay but the fries also tasted like they were old. Never gonna get Nando's from this location again. read more

This is my favourite chicken. I've been going regularly to this location over the other Langley branch for years. However, I was so disappointed tonight when they changed my take-out order which is about $24 to suit a pack that will suit "10 people". The problem is it costs $65, which I did not agree to but have to pay for it since it's already done. Anyway, since I really love Nando's I'm thankful that I could instead go to the Langley bypass regularly from now on instead of the Walnut Grove branch. read more

It was our daughter's birthday.so we took her to Chucky-e-cheese's for havimg fun.From there we went to this location as our daughter likes nandos chicken very much..It was a great place. We just loved it..Had a great time there. The food was really good.Service of the staff was really nice.our experience was awesome!! The customer service is lacking. It would help if the counter clerks actually spoke english. We have had 3 take out orders in the past 2 weeks. They consistantly "forget" something. One time the garlic bread was missing, another time it was the salad. Unless asked, you won't get cutlery, napkins or the Peri Peri Sauce. One time there was a very long black hair on my chicken so on my next visit I paid attention to the cooks. They all have long black hair that is tied up, but no hair nets. Watching the kitchen workers I noticed one sneeze and not cover their mouth. I will not be returning to this location. Ugh! read more

Update Jan/2016 I used to be Walnut Grove Nando's biggest fan, but apparently management has changed and - unfortunately - the quality of the food and service with it. I went there a few times and they got my order wrong twice! On one occasion the chicken was completely dry and even burnt Time to look for a new favourite chicken place... :( read more

Who would have thought the Portuguese would be good at anything? Well they sure know how to make a good chicken wrap! The meal felt a little too healthy for me, so I covered everything in that delicious Peri-Peri sauce to even things out. read more
