The decorations were not even close to what he had promised!!! And the cake was just horrible, it wasn't even the flavors my mother and sister picked out! What really upset me and my mother the most was when she spoke to him that night about everything and that she was unhappy and instead of her getting an apology from him he was pointing out everything he had done for her and did not care about her or my sister's feelings at all!! We spent about 12,000 on this sweet 16 and he did not care one bit! Needless to say my mother and sister were in tears!!! My mother was really disappointed and hurt because she trusted him and believed everything he said. So if you need a gown they will definitely get you the gown but however if you need a planner do not go to this horrible person! When we realized we forgot them we called Suzie Qs, and her husband said he had them, and since we were still working at the fair, he would drive them to us. Now that's great customer service in my book. There wholesale prices are really good too. They do sell a lot of different products, can run out and not have enough when ordering online. So if there's something their out of at the time you order, ask to be placed on their back order list so they can send you what you want when your order comes in.
