Unresponsive, No Case Update…read more *NOT RECOMMENDED I retained services in late 2017 and paid the service fee in full at time of retainment. In Jan 2018 I received an email from Laura Darling Law PLLC stating that I will receive a fine in the mail, with no explanation of what the fine is for. Since January I have attempted to contact this law office via phone and email many times. I have left several voicemails and sent several emails, all are unanswered. To date, there has been no contact from the lawyer and we are entering the 4th month since the lawyer received full payment for services.

I hired Kate Falco to handle my difficult and emotional divorce case. From our initial…read moreconsultation, she listened to my concerns attentively and explained each step of the legal process with grace and clarity. Kate was incredibly organized and thorough, always keeping me updated on communications and important deadlines. She was strategic in protecting my best interests, especially regarding the parenting plan for my children, custody and support. She fought fiercely for fairness and father's rights as I was always put under the impression of "fathers lose everything" during the divorce. With Kate's strategic guidance, we were able to negotiate a settlement that was fair, in my favor and, most importantly, protected my children's well-being. I can't express how grateful I am for her empathy and unwavering support. Kate's kindness balanced her legal toughness, making her a true advocate. While the process was stressful, Kate's patient and supportive demeanor gave me much-needed peace of mind. I am grateful for her hard work and highly recommend her to anyone seeking an honest and compassionate family law attorney.

I wish I could leave a good review as others have. Hiring Katrin Falco was one of the most…read morefrustrating decisions I've made and was a waste of time and money. She consistently failed to follow through on promises and rarely communicated in a timely manner. Important documents and communications were delayed for weeks, and I often had to chase her down for updates--sometimes requiring multiple follow-up emails over a 2-3 week period just to receive a response. The excuse was always that "an emergency came up." Her lack of responsiveness and repeated failure to meet commitments caused me to lose all confidence in her ability to represent me effectively. What should have been handled with care and urgency was instead neglected, leaving me stressed and unsupported during a critical time. From the beginning, I made it clear that my ex and I were trying to remain amicable and avoid trial. Maybe that is why my case was always put to the bottom of her 'to-do list'. Katrin's repeated delays and the unnecessarily harsh tone in her communications with my ex's attorney undermined that goal and only added tension to the process. Ultimately, I had to terminate her services and hire another attorney. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend not wasting your time or money with Katrin. I have since found a new attorney, Kelly Mikullitz of O'Connell and Aronowitz, who has been professional, responsive, and amazing to work with. If you are looking for reliable legal representation, I highly recommend contacting her instead. My case has moved further along in 2 months than it has in the past 10 months with Katrin.
