***Look No Further than Carrie Welch's Office***…read more I've had State Farm for 12+ years. I think I've used them maybe two or three times in those years. But that came to an end when I was moving my family and I across states. When I got here, I knew I needed to move my info over to an office here. I was looking at reviews and found Carrie Welch's office. Let me tell you, I am so thankful to find her office. An unfortunate incident ( this is my 2nd claim with them, I'ved had some bad luck lately....) had happened to me on Saturday night, I am even too ashamed to publicly say what happened. Let alone have to call insurance to explain what happened to see if I'm even covered. So I called and spoke to Dominique. Dominique was very understanding, kind and professional about my situation. Told me not to worry about it, gave me a little pep talk, and to stop beating myself up over this incident. His kind and great attitude kept my hopes up. He expressed to me that It's a big oops, but not to worry that he will get working on it. He called me back and assured me that my incident was covered. Let me tell you, I was ecstatic about the news! It was like a massive weight was lifted off my chest and I could breathe again, not to mention that the sick to my stomach knot in my stomach subsided. Throughout the whole process, Dominique has been very attentive with follow-ups and communicative. I am lucky and thankful to have Carrie Welch's Office, Team, and Dominique on my side. Their lingo is " like a good neighbor, State Farm is there". Shoot, the way I've been treated, I feel like it's family at this point. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

I have used Jenny Harrison for years and she happily took my money for both my automobile and…read morehomeowners insurance. All was good till I had a claim. I thought my roof had been damaged by the freeze and called her office. Her staff recommended Corbin Stevens at pristine roofing. He came out and said I had Hail damage, I filled a claim and it was approved. Corbin did my roof and I paid him the money I received from Farmers plus my deductible. I took a closer look at the estimate and realized that I had been paid for screens and also to have the drip edge replaced, Corbin did not do either of those but took the money for it. He eventually gave me the money back for the screens, but still continued to say he didn't owe me anything. Here's where things went south with Jenny, I reached out to her office for help and went there to meet with Travon and showed him the estimate and my contract with Pristine roofing. He said he would get with Jenny and let me know. He called the next day and told me that Corbin's mother was a personal friend of Jenny's and that Corbin told her he did not owe me any money and that it was my word against his even though we all agreed he did not do all the work he was paid for. I made several attempts to have Jenny call me and she would not. I had to contact the district manager for help, which he was able get my money back. I asked Travon if they were going to continue to use Pristine roofing and he said yes that his mother was a personnel friend of Jenny's and they only had one complaint. How many times do you have to steal from a customer before you are no longer used. I changed agents, very unhappy. Tom Chronister

We unfortunately had a chance to test her team again recently when my wife and I were run off the interstate by an inattentive driver in Louisiana. We experienced a full air bag deployment but were very fortunate to walk away with only minor injuries. However, the car that we had owned for just three weeks was totaled. Jessie and her team went to bat for us with both State Farm and the other driver's insurance company as we dealt with this underinsured motorist claim. Jessie patiently helped guide us through the process since this was the first time in over 40 years of driving we were ever in the situation with a totaled vehicle. At one point, Jessie was unsatisfied with the speed and amount of the settlement. She essentially "laid down the law" (so to speak) with the adjusters and within 24 hours we had a settlement that we were very pleased with. This recent experience girded our confidence to continue having Jessie McConchie and her team handle our personal insurance needs.

Not only that, but he forwarded the new policy information to the property where the new policy coverage is taking effect, because he knew that that property owner had requested that the new policy information be submitted so it could then go through a third party. This was my first experience with needing to go through a third party, and Conner actually took the initiative and looked up the name of the property and then forwarded the information to them, and included all the information that the property and the third party needed. It's important that I emphasize that Conner went out of his way to do this for me. I was so surprised and pleased that he did this. And during our conversation earlier that day, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Just amazing customer service all around. This is the second time I've submitted a review regarding my experience working with Conner, and the consistency of the quality of customer service he provides is really amazing and greatly appreciated. Thank you so much, Conner!!

Lynn Osler and her staff wrote the book on customer service…read more I don't use "no service" cheap providers because my grandfather taught me you get what you pay for. But in the case of Lynn Osler, I get what I believe is more than I pay for. From regular reviews of my insurance needs to concierge service on those occasions when a claim is necessary, Lynn and her team make me feel well taken care of. I originally started with state farm decades ago with a different agent close to where ai lived. He kept burning through staff and I always felt as though I was helping to train his new people. When I learned Lynn was not only my neighbor, but with State Farm too, I moved all my policies to her office immediately. I never had an insurance worry again. She does the worrying for me and my family. You can tell by my review profile that I'm not the axe-to-grind entitled Yelper specializing in one-star reviews. My reason to yelp is to recognize outstanding businesses and let people know about them. Lynn's team IS outstanding. So, if you want to save a dollar or two, or need an animal mascot on your commercials, call the other guys. However, if you want a full service insurance rep that cares about more than writing a policy, and actually cares about your needs, call Lynn. You will be glad you did.

I wasn't a State Farm customer but had a question about my policy (with a competitor) and she took the time to answer my questions. She casually asked me if I wanted a quote from her and my response was a sarcastic "yeah right!" I had always heard that State Farm was the most expensive in Texas and doubted she could even come close but I was SO WRONG. Michelle is saving me $90 a MONTH! I'm serious! I've got the coverage I need and am not stuck paying for "options" that 1) I don't need or want and 2) didn't know I had with the other company. To sum this up.... Looking for Auto Insurance? Don't Worry--You Won't Get It Here!…read more I reached out to this agency on May 16, spoke with Skyler, and provided all the info needed for auto insurance quotes. Then I waited. And waited. And... nothing. On May 27, after nearly two weeks of radio silence, I called the office. A very reassuring woman (Michelle? Office manager?) told me Skyler would be calling me that day. Spoiler alert: he didn't. I called back again on May 30 and finally got Skyler on the phone. He apologized, said he'd have my quotes to me by end of day. Guess what? Still nothing. No call, no text, no email--just an impressively consistent lack of follow-through. If you're hoping for a quick, professional response or even the basic courtesy of a returned call, this agency may not be your best bet. Unless of course you're in the market for a game of "How long can I go without hearing back?", in which case--five stars!
