Terrible experience. Scheduled an appointment that ultimately needed to be rescheduled because of work, though I rescheduled well before the appointment they still wanted to charge another fee for rescheduling. Charlana the receptionist specifically is very unprofessional and handled the situation terribly. She spoke to me in a way no one working in customer service should ever conduct themselves. I asked to be contacted back by Nancy, never did she relay that message to Nancy. I have told her twice and still nothing back. Will not be bringing my business here and I will be disputing the charges. Look for another place that handles business with class. read more

She is very thorough and explains what is to take place before the procedure and she's just as conscientious and thoughtful in her post operative appointment. The front office staff, Jessica and Charlana were very polite, professional, and friendly. I'm sorry; but I've just received the most terrible service from the reception staff at this location. Apparently, the receptionist alleges to have spoken to me personally 3 business days ( 5 calendar days) prior to my appointment, which has never been done previously as it was always a day prior, to confirm my appointment. As such, whilst I had scribbled a note down in my calendar, I missed my appointment. My bad. But to be told that I was spoken to, which is a complete lie, is shocking! I paid the fee, $25, for missing my appointment as that was my fault; but to be told that the the receptionist had spoken to me to confirm when that never occurred is a lie. I even offered to send a screen shot of all the received calls on my phone to evidence that no such call was received, but no she was adamant that she had personally spoken to me, liar. I never had a problem previously; but to be lied to, no sir, ended my relationship then and there. Beware !! read more

Don't believe everything you read on Yelp. Some people just need to be heard. I was referred to Dr. Dubuk for a possible gum grafting. She monitored any changes for a year and ultimately told me the procedure was not necessary at this point. She and her was super professional, genuinely concerned and honest. The staff even referred me to a different periodontist closer to where I live to keep monitoring the situation. Class act. read more

Dr. Dubuk and her staff are beyond courteous and professional, Dr. Dubuk explains everything in detail and answers all my questions to my satisfaction. In my 58 years, I have never been more satisfied with a health care professional. Take a look at the one star reviews with a huge grain of salt. One person has 8 reviews posted, and only one of them is above one star (chronic complainer). Another person claims to work in the dental field, and not surprisingly, their only other review is five stars for another dental provider! (do they work for that provider?) I've seen Dr Dubuk on several occasions since 2004 for issues my normal dentist doesn't deal with. Dr Dubuk is amazing. The staff is friendly and very competent. My most recent visits were for a bit of gum surgery. It consisted of several appts pre and post surgery. The surgery took about 1.5 hrs. I was never in any pain whatsoever during the procedure and during the week after while the healing process took place. Dr Dubuk was very thorough, explained every step before, during and after for the post care. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any periodontal issues. read more

Went in for a periodontal procedure a few days ago. So thankful she was referred to me by my Dentist. I am proud to report that she DOES know her stuff. I've been under the novacaine needle a lot in my life and she numbed me up with no pain, no discomfort, no nasty pinch feeling. She was quick, did beautiful work, and I'm healing up without too much pain (a little, but hey, when they dislodge the gums from the teeth and clean down under and stitch ya back up you're bound to feel a little bit of discomfort.) She was kind, respectful, EXTREMELY professional and one of the best dentists / periodontal specialists I've ever had the privilege of visiting. If you need that kind of work done, SEE NANCY DUBUK. am thouroughly disgusted in the way i have been treated at this office. The manager kim is the most unprofessional person ive ever encountered in health care services. I went in for a "free" consult (that i later was billed $150 through my insurance for) for treatmentment i told the doctor i could only do if my insurance covered it. I was assured and signed forms saying i was covered at 80% so i completed the one hour procedure. 7 months later they came after me for the entire balance saying my insurance didnt cover this after all. i work in the dental field so i know how this all works and was upset they were treating me like a low life when i couldnt pay the balance. they sent me to collections immediately eventhough i had explained my circumstance and when i called to dispute the balance they were claiming and set up a payment plan, the office manager called me "tacky" and told me i "should be embarrassed of myself!" I have never been sent to collections for anything, and have certainly NEVER been spoken to in this manner. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this money hungry team of rude people. Get a referral to Dr. Michaud if you need to see a periodontist because they are in it to make patients better- not all about the bottom line like these folks. read more
