Communication and Payment problems. Only one person takes card here. Other two staff members require cash. I tried to pay with card last night like I usually do and was told they don't know any child with the name I gave them AND they accept card in the morning but not at night. Went in the morning and told they're only accepting cash today. Then told I couldn't pay when I pick her up despite being a regular. read more

So filthy. Uneducated staff with no heart. Very ghetto facility. There is no curriculum. When you pick up your child, there is no school work to reflect what they learned for the day. The 'teachers' couldn't even tell me how my child was for the day. I guess there is a change in shift, but even then, there should be communication between the 'teachers'. The facility smells awful. There was used toilet paper all over the floor in the kids bathroom. The 'directors' are the face of the school. The attitude and unprofessional demeanor, reflects this dump. I only used this place because I was desperate for weekend care. From the beginning they were negative and rude. There are so many negative notes to parents out front you cant read them all. If you are 10 minutes early they make you wait the 10 minutes before dropping off. If you are 15 minutes late they won't take your child. In 6 months he didn't bring home one piece of work he did there but he did tell me about all the movies he watched. Staff is rude and doesn't want or listen to feedback. I paid in advance but when I said he wasnt coming back they refused to refund MY money. Said it said no refunds on the receipt but never gave a receipt. Absolutely horrible experience......in less than a month my 1 and a half year old nephew had seven incident reports.....all of them bites that left bruises......and one on his ear that left a cut. The final straw was 2 bites in 1 day......they did nothing after talking to management several times. Not only was yhe biter not removed but it was allowed to happen multiple times. My wife and i can only conclude that they weren't supervising the children. Management was also very rude to my wife and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone. Will be reporting them to AZDHS and DCS. Dont take your child to either location....their other location is at 43rd and peoria read more

I went in for some info on the place, I had doubts to the proximity of the main road. But I was truly desperate and was running out of time. The location was dark, dirty, the staff looked tired and inattentive. They mentioned their location on 43rd Ave and Peoria and how that was a much better facility. So I went there, and while I asked for info they seemed a lot better, but told me I couldn't do a tour because the kids were sleeping. I bought it. However, when day one came up, I lost all hope. The place smelt of urine, I could hear kids going apeshit in the classroom, and teachers yelling at the kids. I instantly knew it wasn't going to last. The next day almost immediately I could tell my son had been influenced by sour apples. Bottom line, two days later and he was done. I would NEVER RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE. read more

I can not believe that a place like this has not been shut down, The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly and when u walked threw the facility it smelled like pine sole and pee. My name is angel hernandez i called dcs child abuse hotline because i left my child there on a referal for free daycare for a year my baby was congested i requested they prop her up so she could breath better they said they would and would let the next shift know when i went to pick her up after work she was flat on her back struggling to breath on top of that the room smelled heavy with bleach to where it hurt my stomach, i work at the city dump seperating trash and other disgusting things of a conveyer belt so my stomach is stonger than the average persons i told the lady at the front desk and she said it did not smell like bleach to her on my way home the baby started to cry so i pulled over and held her she lifted her and startex bobbing her head like she was going to faint in my arms i called 911 right away because someting wasnt right i know my child the paramedics came assest the baby and noted her eyes where a little glossy but her vitals were good now i believe in my heart she was dizzy because she had been congested flat on her back and the little air she could get was poisened from bleach fumes my baby could have died the way i see it and you would not be reading this post instead you would have seen me on the news because i flipped out and handled matters the way i seen fit i will pay 500 dollors for daycare as opposed to free daycare from nanas they need to be shut down i already contacted dcs and reported theyre facility i will next contact the health dept do not trust these people with what God blessed you with. read more

My son has been going to this day care since he was 2 I have build a relationship with all the staff. If I ever had any problems it was handled professionally this is a great day care to have your kids go to keep up the hard work Nana's place. read more

Dirty facility and rude careless staff. I had gone to their website first, which is very misleading. Then I called several times to speak to someone about childcare for my 2 yr old daughter and got put on hold several times and never really got my questions answered. (that should of been a red flag). I decided to bring my daughter in one day after work to meet the staff and ask questions. Before I could finish my sentence the lady at the desk said "did you even call and see if we had room for your kid first" i told her that I had called several times and that nobody ever said anything about availability. She asked my child's age and asked if I had DES daycare. When I said "No I will be paying cash" she said that she didn't think they had a space for her. At this point I had already made up my mind and told her that I wouldn't bring my child there even if there was room. I called to complain about the rude woman and it turns out she's The Owner!! Hahahahahaha! This place is a joke. It's filthy. All the kids were crying. And obviously short staffed because there was a big "HELP WANTED" sign on the dirty entrance gate. read more

This place is the WORST!!! Not only does the place stink, the staff pay no attention to the kids. I have picked my child up on several occassions and he would be soaking wet and have diaper rash because they didn't change him regularly. I've also picked him up with bruises on his face as well as scratches. And, the ignorant girls that work there can't tell me what happened, nor is there an incident report. The director...is very rude, she has no idea how to speak to customers. They will over charge you and then blame it on you when it's been brought to their attention that it was their fault. No one in this ghetto daycare takes responsibility for their actions, I dont trust them with my little ones and niether should you. This place should be closed down. DON'T GO THERE! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Especially if you love your child! I've never seen more scary and unprofessional place that this one, and I'm not spoiled. There is nothing good about the place except that they lock the doors and have cameras in different places. They don't love kids, they don't watch them. When my daughter first came in, nobody talked to her, didn't take her hand and bring to the room, they just ignored her, and when the boy hit her the first 5 min, the teacher was sitting at the same place writing something down without even looking at children. My daughter started crying the first minute she came in. The atmosphere was cold and unfriendly. The smell was horrible, like an old dirty bathroom. I asked the girl there to take my girl to pee, and she only waived her hand in the direction of a bathroom. Inside there was poop and paper, nothing has been cleaned for a while. I don't even mention that it took me an hour an a half till they wait for the manager to come and give me the missing paperwork, because they couldn't locate anything at the front desk. And when the manager arrived-she said there was nothing else I had to fill out!! I was 1,5 hours late for work!!! The most extreme place I've ever been to so far in my life. There is still a mystery for me how they got their license. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE I am glad my daughter serviced this one day of her mom's mistake and I didn't lose my job thanks read more

All the reviews on here are dead on from my experience at the Peoria location. In general, picture super, super ghetto. It's run by mostly teenage staff with about as much maturity as you'd expect with their ages. The "manager" is also very young and I don't think she actually manages anything. The kids are running amuck in the main room and the "teachers" either ignore them (appearing pretty apathetic), yell at them, or occasionally engage them in an activity (which when they do, seem fun). Yesterday, I watched one kid knock down another and then kick him, while the teacher watched, and nothing was done. I wouldn't expect anything educational to happen, since their sign out front is spelled wrong (not exactly their strong suit). If your expectation is unfriendly and bad attitudes with keeping your child just safe enough, it may be the right place for you. If you attempt to discuss any concerns with them, they won't be helpful at all, and may even be downright nasty and confrontational. Today I asked if a toy (small toddler activity table) could be moved from one room to another and was met with, "Do you expect us to rearrange our entire center to accommodate your son?". I didn't realize moving a light medium sized toy through a door would tear apart the foundation of their care center, but it's totally fine for a child to beat up on another while they watch and do nothing. My kids have been going here for years. Ive known management and the owners for awhile, and they are very down to earth professional and respectable individuals. My kids look forward to coming here every day because I have a lot of fun and a teacher is even involved in it and learning and playing outside on the playground such as basketball and football. They have made a lot of changes inside of the facility and the playground which makes it even better than it was when they first came here. A lot of the stuff are young however they are aware of how to perform their jobs w the kids and if there is a staff member that is not up to par with what they require they will not remain at the facility. They want to ensure that they have the best staff available for all of their children, and do their best to ensure they work well with the parents drop off and pick up schedules as well as school drop offs and pick up. They have field trips every day during breaks and during the summer to keep the kids occupied as well . read more

My kids have been going here for years, the staff is nice and friendly, have alot of activities and a good daily schedule for the kids. Yes, sometimes staff are younger, but seem to handle kids just as well as the longer term staff. And IF there has been an issue w a staff (which isnt often) the daycare will not hold on to a staff member that does not support values and rules of the facility. Kids arent perfect , evetybody knows this , but the staff handles them properly. They will not bother a parent at work just because a child is not being their best that day, they try n work with all the kids, and treat the same. The director and owners are awesome and are always available for parents when needed. They are also open 24/7 which helps MANY parents esp in the medical field etc get childcare to help support their demanding schedules. They also do not overcharge like a lot of other facilities. read more
