We were short on time, so will need to return to take in the full experience as there was just too many things to choose from!! The selection of holiday attire and every day attire is top tier. The employees were helpful, kind, and the owner is present and wonderful to work with also! There are items that seem to fit within the budget, and some on the higher end price wise- but the quality is great!

A lot of kid items looks like they could be at Tj Maxx but were 2x what I'd pay. The merchandising itself is lacking and add to the cheap side of things which is a contrast to the actual pricing. The lines are queued like Bed Bath and Beyond, and overall I just felt a little blah leaving the store. I don't think I'll return for a while, hopefully they get more merchandise in the store as right now a lot of racks are sparse and lacking quantity.

Second, I did not leave empty handed from my visit last week (and that's saying ALOT since I'm built like a normal human and not a supermodel, although I am on the tall side). I like to find these little shops where I can find a piece or two to mix up my wardrobe (otherwise, I look like I mass order my outfits from Gap). So, not everything in this little boutique is for everyone - I totally passed on the fur vest, skinny jeans, and lacy flouncy tunic look. But, it's nice to have these little shops in Omaha that sell fashionable items at reasonable prices (yes, they do have a sale rack). It mostly sells women's clothing that one might call a bit more "hippy", but you can also find a nice selection of incense and random gifts. For example I found a cool looking Dalek made out of random pieces of metal. Keep in mind though the Old Market is a tourist stop so the items here cost more than what you'd find else where. I do think the employees are bit stand offish but to be fair they probably see a lot of weirdos everyday. If you're in the area I recommend you check this place out as well as the rest of the passage way stores!

I am an African American female in my late 20's. I entered the store and despite being the only person besides the worker in the store I was not greeted. The store was silent, with no music on and the worker didn't once come up to me to ask if I needed any help. However, when a white customer walked in the door she was promptly greeted with a hello and asked if she needed any help. I had found an item I wanted to try on and the worker saw me carrying this item and never asked if I wanted to try it on. I then was forced to try to coat on without a fitting room. AFTER fully trying it on and taking it off, the worker comes up and asks me if I want to try it on. I then told her that was no longer necessary. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I am not a person to assume my maltreatment is due to race, however the fact that a white customer received immediate treatment does raise suspicion. I would recommend this store address implicit bias as to their customers.

I haven't seen the checkout line before, although there is usually a fitting room line in my experience. I went in on a weekend today, so that is likely the reason for so much more traffic than usual! I would come back to the store again, but would either try to budget plenty of time, or come on a weekday when things may not be as busy.

Otherwise, I perused around the front of the store, and saw a lot of cute rompers and dresses for more casual events. It's pretty fairly priced, not super cheap, but not overly expensive. It does skew toward the fast fashion trend wise.
