It's SO apparent that the head chef is an expert in "umami." The staff is so lovely and attentive. They were completely understanding with my lack of French and the language barrier was no problem. Ma conjointe a prit le panier butter avec un pain naan au fromage et elle a trouver cela aussi bon. Ce semble être un endroit bien aimé des gens puisque les livreur uber (ou whatever la compagnie alternative en France) s'enchaînait les un après les autres.
