Lowe's is also the only home improvement store (I think) in Bourbon/Harrison/Scott county so our options are limited. Lowe's is where it's at for screws, tools, and wood. I mean that in a non-sexual way.... Anyway. Aside from always needing two people to assist you with your questions and slightly high prices, I've got no issues with this place. However she was the most helpful lovely person ive ever dealt with and if she didnt know she was honest and called another employee to answer my question which was very helpful of her. I will never shop at Wiseway Supply again…read more I needed help connecting a wire for my underground well system. I was told to purchase a shrink kit for underground wiring. Alan Bach (the manager) insisted that I need a large complex system that cost $21. I told him that it doesn't look like what I want. He insisted and said that if it doesn't work, I can return it. I purchased the product and brought it back to my contractor who insisted that it's not the right product. I returned in unused the next day, and Alan Bach, not only would not do the exchange. He laughed at me for purchasing the wrong item. If you want poor advise and to feel humiliated for being a customer, shop Wiseway Supply. I went to Lowes and purchased the right part for $4. Goodbye forever Wiseway Supply. I am now a lifelong outspoken ex-customer....who will always direct my employees to NEVER but anything from Wiseway Supply.
