There was not enough set up in terms of preventing my clothing from getting stained or removing my jewelry, she just did the mask around it, and when I left, I had a lot of mask still on my shoulders and in my ears. There were several points in the service where product would get into my eyes and burn, and caused blurry vision. I personally felt like the extractions were not done well, and one of the holes in my skin will scar. I would not recommend and I will not be returning.

He explained each product; what it's meant for, the ingredients, when to use it, etc. I really fell in love with the products he used on my face since they're all clean. The m-61 PowerGlow Peel and Hydraboost Rich Cream is a must! After he made me feel pretty and glowy, I looked around the store and familiarized myself with brands I haven't purchased from before. They also have brands you would know like Supergoop, Olaplex, Hourglass, etc. Do yourself a favor and check out the fragrance section because you'll definitely be hooked! You have to try the Rose Load brand, it gives luxury for sure. All in all, my experience at Bluemercury was great! The staff were super helpful and friendly.
