Brenda injected my forehead and crows feet and said next time i didn't need to purchase 40 units and that i purchased too much for what i wanted, which led me to question what would happen to the remaining unused units, so i asked and she dodged the question. I had close to 20 unused units left and wasn't getting an answer on what would happen to those. She continued to give me aftercare instruction, etc. A week or so went by and i noticed lines were still there, but was told it took 2 weeks for lines to disappear, so i waited another week before saying anything because i wanted to trust the process, however 2 weeks had came and i still saw lines, so i reached out via glamlab website and received nothing back. I then waited about a week for a response before texting one of the numbers, to which i got a response at first but after expressing my issue with the remaining lines and unused units, got no response back. Today marks 2 months since i received botox from glamlab, my first ever botox treatment, and my lines are completely back. Very disappointed in the customer service received and lack of communication. Just want things to be made right and to be communicated with, but it seems i will just be taking my business elsewhere.

So, I sought out Dr. Jeff for Vanquish ME treatments. These treatments work differently from Coolsculpting and I am pretty pleased with the results so far!
