When she showed up for the day of the wedding, she was prepared and professional and definitely knew how to handle two anxious grooms who were running around making sure everything was good for the festivities. My partner and I just let Stephanie take the reins for how our photos were done, and I'm sure she would have preferred a *little* guidance, we're so glad we did, because her ideas were better than anything we could have come up with. Also, having that list of group shots was so important, because it made taking pictures with all of our family and friends fly by. We decided to meet a couple days later at the Olympic Sculpture Park (weather permitting). If the weather was not so great we were going to meet at her studio in West Seattle. The weather turned out to be great so we met at the Sculpture Park. She made the session very fun and relaxing. It was easy to smile for her. I generally do not like to have my picture taken at all, or rather, do not enjoy looking at pictures of myself. That is why I was so pleasantly surprised when she sent me the link of the photos from the session, which she sent the same day as the session. She had taken lots of great pictures! I got to pick which ones to keep and she retouched them and sent the final link to me (as well as the invoice) via e mail. I will definitely be using her again for any future photography needs I may have, and would highly recommend her to others. She responds quickly to emails, is genuinely open to questions/ideas/uncertainties, and really wants to understand what her clients are looking for to make sure everyone loves the final products. She listens, asks good questions (has a great and comprehensive form you fill out before the shoot!), encourages you to share what you're feeling or worried about or thinking and then works with you every step of the way. We even had to reschedule once due to weather and I was going to reach out to her but she emailed me first to check in and then easily helped me reschedule without any issues all in a very timely manner. She's also really put me at ease and is so affirming, patient, understanding and a joy to be around.
