I forgot my "frequent flyer" card when I got my second manicure, but was very kindly handed a second with two stamps on it to replace the old one, as well as an offer to touch up any chipped nails for free if they occurred in the next four days. Most of the technicians are pretty good (especially if the owner is in the waxing room) but at my last wax appt, my technician left lots of wax on me with a few patches of hair.
