When I entered the owner/manager told me to take a sit at one of the pedicure chairs and in a few minutes a male tech came over. He spoke very little English but he knew what I wanted. My main concern was the cleanliness of the equipment used. I noted that all utensils were previously sterilized and only a rough pad was used on my heels; no razor. I did not do my due diligence before I went so I blame myself for the exorbitant cost. During the predicure the tech motioned to a small container that I assumed was lotion that had always been used on my legs, so I said yes. (later learned it was sea salt) He took his time and did a good job. I have a problem with the prices not being posted or quoted beforehand. I thought I was getting a regular pedicure, but it turned out that it was the Spa Pedicure for $60.00 plus tip. If I return, I will definitely make it known that all I want is a basic pedicure.
