Some are just not friendly, ridiculously overpriced or the vibe is just off. For that reason I have been putting off doing my nails for months while trying to do them myself but it honestly is just not the same. J nails is located in the town center next to the UPS store & it is actually a big salon suite, meaning when you walk in there are other independent salon owners in there so I had to ask someone if they knew "J nails" and I was pointed to the right direction. Here I am thinking I was going to be able to walk into a salon and possibly do a "walk in" appt but it is actually just Jolyn here in her private nail studio. Luckily, she was finishing up a client and said she can take me after. Very sweet & a true nail artist. I love the private vibes in here. I am pretty picky about my nails and let me tell you... I am so happy & lucky to have found her! Her work speaks for itself, beautifully crafted & she gives amazing hand massages. If you try to call & you don't get an answer, keep in mind she is her own boss so might be busy with a client, send her a text with the service you're interested in and availability. That might be the quickest way to get in contact with her! I am very happy with my gel manicure & gel pedicure by her. Thank me later.
