They do excellent nails!! Some things they can't do because they don't have the product but their nail art is beautiful!! They are friendly even if some of them aren't fluent in English they are still learning English so they could talk to us clients!! The place is nice and the nail staffs are great, I recommend going here for nails and doing ur feet!! They also have a person to do your brows I'm not sure if it's great or not because I never got my brows done I'm pretty sure the lady does waxing I'm not sure though!! The most absolutely unfriendly nail salon I have ever encountered. I gave them three chances to get their greeting hats on and it got worse each time. I signed in got totally ignored every time while their REGULARS stroll in with hugs and greetings. How do you become a regular when ignored????? I highly encourage people to go to Bunny Nails, lovely greeting and very respectful of your time. It would be great that they give up their lease to someone who wants to give customer satisfaction . I'm seriously sad that I even have to give this place one star. I had my nails done and hated them. They didn't look anythinggg like the picture I showed. After two days I decided to go back since I was unhappy. I even walked in and said I would Pay to fix and change to another color. immediately when I said I'm sorry I just didn't like them. Manager yelled threw his hands in the air and said "well why did you come back?!" I was in disbelief I think my mouth dropped open. He told me they could care less if I did not like my color and he said "fine lady I don't care there's a nail salon on every corner leave" The manager who spoke to me yelled at me talked over me when it let me speak I left there shaking and still confused on how someone in the service industry can just be so up front rude. But he's right there is a nail salon on every corner AND ILL NEVER COME BACK THIS ONE! Suggest everyone do the same. Just shocked. Hope you get what you want if not too bad! I have gone here a few times only because it is close by. Each time, I tell myself I will never go back. Quality is mediocre, but a few of their technicians are just plain rude. During my last visit, I the cuticles done on 4 fingers, and all 10 nails polished. They charged me $60. What??!! When I said there must be a mistake, the one lady who is always rude to me started yelling at me and said that's the right price, then walked away. I will NEVER go there again. On a recent trip to the area, my sister in law and I decided to visit nails pro. My sister in law had a full set of acrylics with gel and I a fill with gel. I do not recommend this place to anyone. 1. We walked in at approximately 430pm and were quoted a 30 minute wait. I understand that this is a busy time for a nail salon and appointments take priority however we waited 2 hours. Additionally, although we signed in separately for services, we were taken as a "group" (meaning that they took my sister in law first while they had me sit and wait next to her and continued to take subsequent walk-ins. After her services were complete, they completed mine). As they continued to get busier with walk-ins and appointments, customers continued to be quoted a 30 minute wait. 2. I asked for multiple different designs/styles and the nail tech said that she did not know how to do any of them. I do appreciate her honesty so I decided on a small heart to be painted on the corner of a nail as an accent. After multiple failed attempts of free handing a heart, another nail technician was asked to paint the heart. I feel that a small heart is a basic design that every nail technician should be able to complete upon request. 3. I have been getting acrylics with gel for many years at multiple salons, so I'm pretty confident I can distinguish a good job from a terrible one. First off, no base coat was used. The attached picture is what my sister in law's nails looked like the next morning! I have never seen gel look like this in less than 12 hours! Terrible! When she went in to ask to have them redone she was given attitude and was snapped at for not remembering the exact number of the polish she received the evening before. 4. A day and a half after my service, I look down at my own hands to see that a nail has popped off and the gel polish is already chipping on multiple hands. Unacceptable! Please do not give your money to this establishment. I know that I will never do so again and I recommend you do the same! read more

I have been to this nail salon several times. It's never been good but the past two times are just unacceptable. My nails have never looked so bad. $38.00 to look so bad that I have to spend more money and have them redone somewhere else. I kept thinking that if I were a regular that they would do a better job. At times they are boarder line rude. Some of my nails have that top coat shine while others are very matte looking. Either way after too many times it's just a horrible end product. Hmmm- not sure why they are calling themselves Pros here after my recent experience. My friend was in dire need of a manicure and I'm always up for a mani/pedi so we drove around looking for a nail salon on Saturday evening. Since it was 5:00 everything was closed besides Nail Pro. I decided to get a pedicure while my friend got a french manicure. My experience here definitely made me appreciate the nail salons in Chicago...the woman did an OK job on my toes, but she took forever. I don't mind getting sitting there and getting pampered while getting a pedicure, but this pedicure took almost an hour. My friend's french manicure didn't come out well either and she spent the rest of the weekend looking for a drug store so she could fix it. The prices were pretty steep as well- it was $30 for a french manicure and $30 for a pedicure. We expected to pay half of that since we were in small town Ohio! I also wasn't very impressed with the owners. A couple own the store together and they bickered the entire hour we were there, which I found to be extremely unprofessional. I'm not sure where the good nail salons are in this area, but I wouldn't recommend Nails Pro to anyone. read more

This place has awful customer service. I went in on Friday to get my nails done for my bridal shower on Saturday. By Saturday evening, the entire gel manicure had peeled off! This is supposed to last 2 weeks, but it lasted a mere 24 hours. I saved the nail paint that fell off and went back in today to see if they would refund me. I live out of town and did not want to waste my time getting them redone when they will likely fall off again. I also am on my way out of town, so I don't have time to redo them, even if I wanted to. They refused to give me money back. They are sticking with "no refunds" and saying that I should have read that at the bottom of the sign in sheet. I understand a no refund policy, but if the business is in the wrong, does a crappy job and then doesn't take responsibility for this, that's just bad. After MUCH hesitation they gave me a gift certificate, which since I don't live here, I will never use. They made sure to let me know they will make my nail artist pay them back for the certificate since she did a poor job. Excuse me? So you can't give me my money back bc she already took the money, but you can make her give you it back bc you gave me a certificate? No, doesn't make sense. Ah, long story short... Avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area who would be happy to do your nails, I'm sure. read more

I didn't do my homework before going here. I will from now on. They were advertising Gel Mani for $25 as a prom special. Being that I was getting a mani-pedi for my upcoming college graduation, I was told that the special was for students only. I promptly told them that I am a student, and the gentleman who was checking me in immediately caught an attitude with me. My pedicure was 1st. The young woman took me back to the chair, and when I put my feet in the water it was scalding hot. Now, I like a hot foot soak, but this was pure hot water. When I said that it was a little too hot she turned on the cold water and drained the hot. Now the water was ice cold. She barely let my feet get wet before she started going to town. She asked if I wanted my nails cut down and I told her no because I had just trimmed them about a week ago and they were short enough. Long story short... without exaggeration, I think that this was the fastest pedicure that I have ever had. 15-20 mins from start to finish MAX!!! Next, she takes me over to do my manicure. After I sat down she asked how long wanted my nails? I told her that I was just getting a manicure. I don't want acrylics. This seemed to annoy her even more and she whipped through this one too. My hands are usually a wreck. Again sped through the service and I could have done a better job painting and filing my nails. There was gel polish and clear coat on my cuticles and skin. She didn't push the cuticles back, she just put some lotion on my hands, put electric mitts on for about 2 mins. Roughly shaped the nails told me to wash my hands then proceeded to paint my nails. I will never go back!!! When I go for a mani-pedi it is to relax and unwind, not be rushed through to make a quick $50 in less than 1 hour. read more
