Booked an appointment for a pedicure online the night before I needed. Love the convenience of this. When I arrived I felt welcomed and was sweetly greeted. Already this is waaaaay better than other nail salons in the area. Now add that it was bright, clean and fast. YAY!!! This is my new go-to place for pedicures. I visited this salon while traveling and was referred here by someone local. Unfortunately, the person I was referred to wasn't working that day, so I was assigned to another technician who seemed very new and possibly working her first day. I typically get gel polish and needed a badly split nail repaired. Communication was difficult, as the technician spoke very limited English and had to call over multiple coworkers to look at my nail. After a long back-and-forth discussion among staff, instead of using the usual method of applying acetone to cotton and wrapping my nails in foil, they had me place my hand directly into a bowl of acetone. Because of this, the skin on my fingertips became very dry and later started peeling -- something I've never experienced at other salons. On a positive note, the nail repair was done successfully and the final polish looked great. So while the end result was good, the process felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. If I return, I would schedule specifically with the technician I was originally referred to. I think my experience would have been smoother with someone more experienced. read more

Horrible. They charge for extra things you didn't ask for. On the website we made an appointment for no gel polish, as we got to the place they said they didn't offer no normal polish. Not the colors we asked for. Asked for a plain color and proceeded to add a cateye design. Not quick, 2 hours for a manicure. Quailty is not good. Vibe is okay, not friendly. $30 extra for almond shape. Started to bleed because they worked to hard on my fingers. When getting a pedicure I got burnt from the charcoal bars. Overall horrible experience. read more

I said I wanted my pedi first. Now my toes will get all jammed up. The man doing my nails said not with gel polish. I told him I didn't want gel bc it costs more. "Only $15". I told him no unless he wanted to give his tip up. I told him I wanted my pedi NOW and then he could finish my nails. He said ok and then directed me to chair #3. I sat and the girl who was sitting next to him since I walk in & who was watching tv on her phone got up to give me my pedi....in the ONLY chair without a massager, not even a reclining position. Stay clear! I'm sure they'll up charge me but that will be their tip.
