My husband had Aliyah do his nails and I had Hallie. They were both amazing. Aliyah explained to my husband why his nails are growing a specific way and what to do to fix certain issues. For me I am always fighting brittle and bending nails and we figured out what to do to try and fix these compared to my norm. I would say we will be back when we need our pedicure.

I'm not sure why I can't find a good nail salon around here. My nail salon is in Safety Harbor but…read moresince I live in this area, I'm trying to find one closer. The first one I tried jabbed me under my nail so bad it hurt for a month, and this one that I went to didn't like that I only wanted a polish change bc I wanted to wait until my toe healed. As the lady was removing my polish, I changed my mind and asked for a pedicure but explained she needed to be careful bc of my toe. I don't like when I can't communicate with whoever is providing the service to me bc they don't speak English. I tried to explain to her to be careful with my right big toe bc the last lady hurt it. So when she was filing, I said, please be careful" and she didn't understand me and kept going so the other lady next to her had to tell her. I had to tell her over and over again to be careful and she took the file and threw it on her little table with an attitude. That's when I told her to forget it entirely and just change my polish. The owner did try to talk to me and ask me what was wrong but at that point, I was too pissed. Really sucks because I was looking for a regular salon.

She is friendly and we talk when I am in the pedi chair. The gentleman noted that I was reading prices and that some have gone up due to using more organic products: Spa pedi - $28-$35 Mani/pedi - $30 Polish change - $10 for feet, $8 for hands I will be back, due to being treated well and the convenience to my other errands.

The tech got a serious attitude so I told him to stop and they brought somebody else to help me over and he was cutting corners and not following the steps they're supposed to, no basecoat of any kind in the polish that I came in with was still all over my nails. After all the amazing reviews (literally not a single bad review) I figured this would be a great place to get a nice relaxing pedicure while my friend got her nails done for her birthday. Our appointment was for 4:15pm. They started her nails around that time and told me to wait and when she had 30 minutes left for her nails they would start my feet. Well around 5:30 I started my pedicure. I finished around 6:15-6:30ish. Was it worth $30 PLUS $10 for gel polish? Absolutely not. I've had a better pedicure for $20. He had to redo my toes multiple times and they still turned out terrible. There is paint missing, paint on my skin, and just awful. The pedicure itself sucked. The water was great temperature at first and then was very cold. It just was not enjoyable at all. We did not leave until around 7:30 or after because they had to redo my friends nails because they were so clumpy. By the time we left her nails looked worse than they did before. She was also missing paint, the paint job was AWFUL just like my feet and they were not even what she wanted. After being there almost 4 hours for a small set and a pedicure we were tired and hungry and left. We left upset and unsatisfied. We both paid $50 so they got $100 out of us for some very crappy work. The prices are definitely OVERPRICED for the terrible work they perform. I would never get a pedicure here again and I would never let them touch my nails seeing the work they did on my friend.
