I'm new to Kokomo and was looking for a new nail place. I was unsure because the reviews were not all great but needed somewhere close. I decided to get a mani pedi and I got Lindsey. She was so friendly and polite! Not to mention she did the best job on my nails. I let her know my nail beds were sensitive from all the years of manicures. Nails #1. Location 2. Typically I like this place. But today was the worse pedicure of my life! His nails were so long they cut my skin. He scrubbed so hard it hurt. He did not rub my legs nor put any lotion on. When I asked for some lotion he took a stripe down the fron of my legs and that was it. Didn't even rub it in. This was possibly the owner. I will never go back to nail 1 they was trying to cheat me out of my money the woman told me my nails for a fill $35 and a pedicure with gel polish $40 she said all together that came up to $95. I don't understand her that good and I paid her $95 it took me to get out to my car and drove away for me to realize she overcharged me. Highly recommend! The prices are unbeatable and I say that as someone who travels 15miles just to get my nails done here. Cash & Debit/Credit accepted; always a huge plus! Second time coming; first was a full acrylic and this time was a full and color change, amazing service!! I enjoy how fast and well done things are. They have a wide selection on the colors and there is a minimal language barrier. The ladies all have clean and well kept areas and are kind. I chose the same person for my second visit to have a better experience. My nails aren't thick like some other salons seem to do and so I dnt feel like I have any trouble doing things I generally do. I have cats, kids and a dog and these nails are durable; they honestly make something's easier for a busy body like me. Pedicure area is separated by a partial wall and looked to be a clean and comfortable area. I used to enjoy coming here. The pedicures were amazing. I thought maybe the last time was a fluke. So I went ahead and came back today. It wasn't a fluke. The massage portion was only five minutes. And the employee only massage the same area around my shin, neverthe back of my leg around the calf muscle. Then I paid extra for the pedicure with a hot towel wrap. They lay one hot towel overly shine, smack them a few times, then took the towel off. Most definitely was not a hot towel wrap. I am so disappointed. It used to be so great here! read more

I always went to this nail salon because it was convenient and the people were nice. I've gotten my nails done here several times, manicures, pedicures, full sets, gel polish. I do not recommend going here. When you get a set of acrylics they don't bring it close to your cuticle. I always thought it was weird but never asked about it. I went to a different salon in a different town and asked about it. They told me the reason they do that is so you come back to get a fill in 1 week instead of 2. Liked the salon the girls did a good job!! Some confusion when paying for my service I wanted to do a split payment cash and card and she ended up putting the whole amount on my card which is not what I wanted to do. There was a language barrier I believe. Clean shop! They use gloves and liners in their pedicures tubs. I will be back. read more
