Not as busy on a Thursday afternoon which was good because there was no wait, but they said they do tend to get more busy on Fridays and Saturdays. I received a gel mani and a regular pedi. At least the staff were friendly enough, so the experience wasn't a complete mess, but the services provided we're mediocre despite the name.
