RUDE!! WORST customer service I have EVER experienced.
As soon as I walked in, I was told "you better not change your mind about the colour otherwise we'll charge you more." Just because I didn't decide on a colour within two minutes.
When considering pink colours, I was then told "pink doesn't suit you because of your brown skin".
The staff member that was applying my nail colour was rough and hurt my hands. All they cared about was rushing my nails so they could close the shop.
The quality of application was extremely poor and did not look professional.
Nail product was not only on my nails but also on my fingers and I was informed I could simply wash it off. However, even hot soapy water couldn't remove the product and when I informed the staff they rolled their eyes and hurriedly attempted to take the product off my fingers.
Never returning to this salon again! There are plenty of other cheaper and higher quality nail salons in Melbourne. read more
