If appointments aren't honored, it makes you wonder why there's a system at all. At this point, a woman comes around the corner and tells me to "sit down and wait awhile" as she points to a chair by the window. I had no idea how long "awhile" was going to be and I contemplated walking out. My pedicure, the Triple Shot, was very relaxing but I'm sitting waiting for the polish to dry and am just meh about what my freshly painted toes look like - they don't look like they were just professionally done. They do, however, look better than when I walked in. Noire Nail Bar is a bit run down inside. The vinyl is off all of the manicurists chairs - they are just shabby. It looks like it needs to close for a long weekend of deep cleaning floor to ceiling. I just watched a woman in a wheelchair being told that the only sink they could use leaks so they couldn't help her. The woman was frustrated and unfortunately, was treated rudely by the same woman who made me sit down. My pedi was $60 plus a tip which I thought was reasonable. Even so, it wasn't an enjoyable enough experience to be back.
