Recently went there and the lady that did my nails literally did a horrible job, she cut my cuticles to the point where I bled and when I told her about it she just smiled. I never post reviews but I downloaded Yelp just to post this. Do not go to this salon. The tools used are not cleaned in between clients. Not only was my manicure not up to par, but the woman that did my nails cut me with the electric file. My cuticle bled and the same day it got infected. It is still leaking yellow pus. Now, let's talk about the manicure. After two hours, this is how they looked. I asked for a simple almond shape. All of my nails were uneven or rigid. In the second photo I tried to refill most of the nails and also added a glitter top coat of my own to try and salvage this set. I paid $55. I'm not a confrontational person so yes I paid for this manicure. But I'm warning y'all, do not go here. read more

One of my friends attended this nail place earlier today and had a terrible experience. The lady that was doing her nails didn't listen to any request that my friend had. She didn't even bother to take any consideration on what her client was asking for. I guess she got tired of my friend explaining why what she was doing wasn't what she wanted so she hand another lady come finish her nails. Never once did she take that time to ask her client if the way her nails came out what she wanted. This was a horrible experience and never again will she go their. The lady I had knew how to cut my cuticles without hurting my ultra sensitive skin. I stopped in because they had a "Grand Opening" sign, so I figured it would be clean and new. I wish they had more shellac colors, they seemed to have a lot of dip powder colors if that's your preference. As far as cleanliness goes, it was average. One of the techs didn't wear gloves and I saw her dump water from a bowl used by another customer into my tub where my feet were soaking. The tech working on my toes was nice and she did a nice job and wore gloves. I'm not sure if this place is as new as the sign says but hopefully this review helps them. read more

This place is under new management and all I can say is awful, just awful. I would be surprised if the staff even has their cosmetology certification. I came here for a shellac manicure and a pedicure and I wasted 2.5 hours. Slow service and not worth the price at all. This was my first and probably my last visit. Went there as I was in the area and this was the only one around. Not at all a busy place for a weekend. The lady started off very harsh and cut me and kept saying things in her language. I kept pulling my hand because it was hurting. She didn't get the point and was frustrated with me. As she started painting my nails she got tired after 1 nail as i wouldn't sit at the edge of my chair because my back was killing me. So she told someone else to come do the rest. This is my first time at Lily's. Let me tell you about my experience within the first 10 minutes. We were greeted right away when we walked in. Everything went downhill from there. My daughter and I are getting pedicure. First thing I notice is how dirty the massage chairs are. My daughter grabs the remote to turn on massager, but it doesn't work. I look up at the TV and find its own a Japanese station. All three customers in the salon are American. The lady doing my nails jumps on the phone 5 mins of starting my pedicure. She speaks very good English and proceeds to tell the person on the other line that her password is "stupid ass 1"... in front of my 13 year old. She repeats it 3 more times loudly. She hangs up the phone and focuses on me for about 5 mins before other customers walk in at which point she stop and assists them. We are not off to a good start at all. read more

Today I was shopping at the downtown with a friend and we decided to have mani pedi all of a sudden. The place has only 3 star, but was conveniently located so we decided to give it a try. 25 for just pedicure, we were thinking it's a little pricy, but still you live once so let's do it. After 15 minutes my friend turns to me with a sentence " this is the best pedi I ever had, worth every penny". Very lice ladies, trying their best to give you quality service and make you comfortable. They gave awesome feet massage so you really don't care about the nails any more as you are transported to another universe due to level if the relaxation massage gives you. Accidentally check-in twice. I came in today to get my manicure and pedicure done without appointment. The waiting time wasn't that bad. From the time I walked in to the time I'm sitting down in a chair is about 5 minutes. I soak my feet for a while, which I really like, but I wanted the water to be a little bit warmer (I wish someone would Check up on me at time). Im surprised that there are no reviews for this place. When I went in for the first time it was pretty packed. Its a decent sized space, with very relaxing purple-pink decor. They have a comfy waiting area complete with the standard magazines and complimentary water. My family and I (4 girls total) went in with no appointment, they didn't seem worried or mad, just told us it was a fifteen minute wait. It was probably 25-30 minutes that we waited, but since there were many of us we weren't too bored.You have to be really clear with what you want, because the lady I had did not understand and started doing my nails wrong. She even cut me a few times as she filed around my nails, because I wasn't and i quote exactly "Relaxing" my fingers enough. I have gone to get my nails done enough to know that whatever I was doing was not wrong, she just couldn't concentrate. So that got me very aggrivated, and a bit embarrased infront of my family. Seeing that I was like that, another lady took over and asked to see the picture that I had brought in to show. She looked at the lady that was doing my nails before and just shook her head, the lady that took over was SO nice and she started to do my nails almost all over and even fixed the shape of my nails for me. Long story short, I found out that she was the manager, Lily, and I HIGHLY recommend that you ask for her. She made my nails look absolutely fabulous and I can't stop staring at them. All of the girls that came with me came out happy as well, and loved who did their nails. I don't know who did mine, but she just needs better training. This place is a little pricey though, my total came out to 40 dollars, but thats the price you pay for some good looking nails I guess. read more
