Way overpriced and not consistent with pricing. First time I got a pedicure she told me that they didn't use regular polish with the basic pedi , only gel and it was $63 (so I got the gel polish). Second time I went in she told me the $63 pedi only came with regular polish, if I wanted Gel I would have to get the $70 something dollar one. When I told her that wasn't what she told me last time, she was rude and argumentative. I also got a manicure (by the guy) and it was horrible. The total of everything with regular polish was $101. Staff was very quick to get me in and friendly. I asked for only a gel mani on my natural nail. However, they only did one coat and anywhere else I've gotten a gel it's 2-3 coats. You can see the black underneath the gold. It looks very rushed, sloppy, and unprofessional. Way overpriced. My usual nail place was closed and I needed to get in somewhere, but typically I pay $25 for a gel mani that lasts 2-3 weeks. This place charged me over $50 and it's already chipping away. I wasn't going to leave a review, but I feel like I should considering my experience. I came in about two weeks ago for an SNS dip manicure to help my nails grow out. The man who did my manicure did a poor job (dip powder all over my skin, uneven finish, and took a drill to my dry cuticles). Another woman who tried to fix them actually cut down to my cuticle and made me bleed. I ended up not having to pay for the service and I greatly appreciated that since it was hurting. After about 6 days the dip was coming off in whole pieces. As of today, I have to get my finger drained because of an infection on the finger that was bleeding at the nail bed. It's very painful and I would not recommend this business as their prices are high, quality was low, and I now have an infection. read more

If I could do less, I would. Didn't even get my nails done because EVERY idea I had the guy said "no I can't do that" but refused to help me figure out what he could do. Turns out, unless you're wanting a solid color they can't do much. I left and went to Nina's where they did what I wanted no problem. Idk why he was so adamant that the polishes wouldn't work with what I wanted. Just don't go here. Go to Nina's! My nails look amazing from there. read more

Forget this place!! If negative stars was an option I would give it! Although the female employee is extremely talented, my seven year old cousin has better skills then the owner. He is just riding the coat tails of his talented partner. Once again I can't speak highly enough about her. There are no set prices, they change from person to person and from time to time you visit. I talked this place up to everyone I knew to only be completely let down by them. The owners only interest is to make money. He will lie about wait times and services. This poor girl when I was in there waited 45 mins for a manicure only to be told she would have to come back??!! Then when he tried to charge for a manicure, which I did not receive. I have enough manicures to know they entail. Which is a lot more then just a nail soak and nail file. The whole point is to have your cuticles cleaned up?! Then the owner did my full set and they look horrible. Completely uneven in length, shape, size and even were lumpy. When I asked if he could fix them, he said he wasn't a magician. I had Leann work on me and she was wonderful! I'd recommend her every time. I only give 4 out of 5 only because of the price. They charge $25 for a regular pedi but $40 for a shellac pedi. The only difference is a nail coating and having to put it under a UV light. I don't think an extra $15 is worth the price. But overall, great service and wonderful skills. My experience wasn't the best . 1.The nail tech cut my cuticle of two of my finger and they started bleeding 2.They didn't have a place for me to dry my nails because the were just regular polish (so of course they smudged) 3.I had the nails on for less than a week and they started breaking left and right ( I was also out of town ) 4. My mom nails were thick at the nail bed but very thin on the tips 5. The nails were very lumpy Would most definitely not recommend this place at all read more

Chose Nails Art over Ninas because I didn't feel like spending my cash. Surprise; they changed their policy so a card is an extra $3. Got there at 5, needed a mani pedi. Said 15-30 min. Okay. Got sat for a manicure in 45 min. The owner has a big opinionated mouth and feels the need to give his thoughts on everything from politics to gun control. Of course I forgot my headphones. Halfway through my manicure, he got a call asking when he closed. He said they were closed for the day. It wasn't even 6pm. On a Friday. And I asked him about it and he told me he was rich so he could make the rules. Alright. When my manicure was almost done he said "you're going to have to come back some other day for your pedicure because I'm closing" and proceeded to leave me with one of the nail techs and locked the door. First of all the parking was terrible. It was hot inside with flys flying around everywhere!!!! Had a pedicure done and an hour and a half later the paint was still wet (due to putting it on so thick). Didn't even have a lamp to dry the nails properly. Had to sit in front of a old fan. Accidently bumped my foot and the paint messed up ( looked like a 2 year old did it). The man doing the pedicure didn't even trim my nails. I give nail art a 2 star because I called and made an appointment Friday for Saturday morning. I get there ten minutes early, looks like they just set some ladies down for pedicures. What's the point of making an appointment when they don't even take it serious. I wait and wait and wait and the ladies that scheduled an appointment after me comes in. They didn't wait long and left. My appointment was at 11 and there's was at 11:30. Those ladies leave and the worker says, "there goes 11:30 appointment, it's not even 11:30", it was 11:35 & I still hadn't gone so they would have had a long wait. The time becomes 11:45 and I left. I had things to get done and I wasn't about to sit at that salon all day long because they don't take there clients or scheduled appointments serious. I actually left after an hour of being disrespected.This company is racist especially against women who wear hijab. When I walked in with my friend who was wearing hijab they treated me different from the first time. He yelled at her telling her to turn her phone volume down and refused to let me see any colors for my gel manicure and pedicure. Most rude people in the world. I would rather drive an hour to Paducah to get my nails done. Please do not go here anymore. They are also the most expensive in town and there are better nails salons in Murray even if there are no reviews! For someone who gets there nails and pedicure done every week, they do not even paint far enough down your nail. They just do that because they want your nail to grow out faster so they can take more of your money. The worst part, they have the cheapest and worst color selection that is generic and chips off.
