I do not recommend going here. I went several times trying to get my nails done like I would like them done for my granddaughter's wedding. I told them that was what I was doing. I tried to make an appointment in advance but they told me there. was no "worries " they would get me in, just call 1-2 weeks in advance. I called a week and half ahead of time a Kim told me oh no they had no room. They were booked up the rest of that week and the next week. I said you told me no worries, her reply was I know! Do not go to this nail salon if you have your kids with you! They rushed the service of 2 mamas going in to treat themselves. The whole time we were there they talked shit about having the kids there saying it was "bad for their business". The babies weren't even running around, screaming or acting up at all. I love Kim, Will and Crystal nails. The sweetest people and always do a great job. I live 7 hours away now and will literally wait till I go home to visit and get my nails done. Never had any problems or issues with this place. Do recommend making an appointment even though they try to take walk-in's because they have such a big clientele and stay busy. read more

I stopped in as a walk in since it was the closest location to me at the time but little did I know that I would have the best customized catered service In town! NANA & BO are offering a great promotion at this time and you really must call the 859-432-2200 number or walk in and request them for those deals. I received the DIP #55N color and added tips for a coffin shape nail... My nail design consisted of the Kylie drip lip effect which I added as a last minute split decision. I've gotten many compliments today and 2 other ladies chose the same color after seeing mine . The dip is soo light And manageable while beneficial for growth. if i could give this place zero stars i would. me and my friend came in for our 12:30 appointment, didn't get to sit in a chair until 45 minutes after. i get being busy, but 45 mins isn't acceptable, know your schedule and don't over book. after getting sat, my nail tech refused to do a color because he "didn't like the color" so i had to do a different color. i got extensions, and my nails ended up being different lengths as well as being crooked. my friend on the other hand had more common sense than i did and got out of her chair, her nail tech left her nails slanted and wanted to proceed starting the dip powder. after my friend expressed her concern to the lady she wouldn't listen, so my friend declined the service and expressed she wanted to leave. she was then charged 10$ for polish removal. overall an awful experience and would not recommend this place. read more

Made an appointment specifically for full set of acrylics with a design. Got there, showed a picture of a relatively easy design with two colors. Was quickly told "we don't have time for design." I told him twice that I had made the appointment for that specifically. There were a few minutes of back-and-forth. They then quoted a raised price from what they told me over the phone. Then argued about that as well. I ultimately agreed to pay because my daughter had been looking forward to it. Then one of the nail technicians began to make very unprofessional, loud, condescending comments in front of me, my daughter and a busy nail salon. We ended up walking out. I am very disappointed with them. I am a loyal paying customer that tips good everytime and I called to make a appointment, and Kim told me that they dont have time to do my Nails, cause it was prom for Murray students and I need to come another day. As i recall i pay just like everyone else. I was told not to come cause they would be busy. So i feel that i should take my money somewhere else where I'm appreciated. I didn't want her to do my Nails anyway, cause she like to watch Tik Tok and try to do your nails. So my nails wasnt totally covered. I could still see the sides with no dip on them. Everytime my Nails would lift in a week and I get dip on my nails. Candy is very good and I didn't have a problem with my nails when Candy do them, but unfortunately they lost a customer. read more

The worst nail salon in Murray. I ended up paying $75 for a new set of nails and a pedicure only to have 4 tips fall off in 3 days and 7 within a week. Contacted them several times about fixing them and they/she was extremely rude and told me I must pay for her to fix them. DO NOT GO! If you actually care about your nails, I do NOT recommend. Second time I tried Crystal Nails, and they have definitely gone down hill. The entire time I got my nails done the owner woman kept continuously adding her opinion on the conversation my sister and I were having, she was charging various fees throughout the session and when I asked her as to what the fees were for, I got very evasive answers and sharp remarks "I have the lowest prices in Murray, my prices aren't for you. It's not about you". All of that aside, my nails. My nails are real, and so I kept checking to see if the shape was being kept. Another comment, "stop checking your nails or I won't do a good job. Wait until I am completely done to check." - which at that point an mistakes would be too late, so no. She rushed me the entire time, and was visibly annoyed when I asked her if she could fix mistakes she made both in the shaping process and painting of my nails. More comments like "What do you want me to do about that? Your nail is like that." - my nails weren't crooked when I entered, nor should paint be see through, especially when it's a dark color. After about a week, I noticed my gel nail polish was peeling. More specifically, every time I showered or washed my hands for too long. Another week passed and my nails broke! Both the acrylic and my real nail underneath!! Two years of getting my nails done and I have NEVER had this experience. The rudest people I have ever talked to in regards to nails. My sister was wanting a certain look for her nail she was comparing it to my daughters nails, the nail looked like it had an ombré effect with the glitter we did not say it was ombré she continued to tell me that's not what she asked for. I said I know that's not what she asked for her nails look great it just looks like there is more glitter at the base and it fans out she continued to argue with me. I wasn't even trying to argue I was telling her what it looked like to us and that's the affect my sister wanted. She continued to tell my sister and I that that is not what it was and we agreed we just wanted it to have that affect. I would not recommend them to anyone the customer is always right and you sure don't want to argue with a customer who is paying for four sets of nails. read more

Went here today for my first time and found the salon to be very clean and Kim and Will were both very nice and did a great job on my pedicure. Recommend that you make an appointment, I walked in and it was too busy but got a time to come later and it worked out great! I will return! read more

This place is so spacious and the owners, William and Kim, are super friendly. I brought some friends because I heard they have the new color powder polish. Even with a mini rush they engaged everyone there and worked in an efficient way while still doing the job well! I will definitely be coming back! read more
