Broke big toe nail. Since I had a pedicure less than 2 weeks ago, at a place out of town, I did not want to get a pedicure. They did not have a color to match my toe nails. So rude! it took over a hour and I had to leave and was told to come back I did and they were going to have me wait 25 more minute. I asked to just give me the money for the service not done a manicure and I would go somewhere else the next day. They would only refund 13 dollars out of the 60 I paid. I took my two girls and one friend ages 13, 10, 9. I asked for the younger girls nails to be very short and my oldest to be more medium length. The 9 and 10 year old got nails that were very long. Both complained about the nail tech cutting and burning them! Both had blood coming from more than one finger! My thirteen year old that asked for medium length nail had all of her nail cut off and then dipped! Not at all what we asked for! I asked for a pedicure and have very short big toenails. I asked for an acrylic overlay and a tip. The man told me it was too much of an upkeep for me! So he put my feet in the water rubbed lotion on them and filled them. Once finish he painted with polish it was on my skin and he smudged both toes with the inserts that go between your toes. I complained to the man at checkout and he just told me thetotal $148!!!! I just moved to Guntersville and was ISO a nail place instead of me driving 1.5 hours to my regular nail tech in Birmingham. went in for the first time & customer service was great. The man who seemed was in charge ended up helping me. I always get long stiletto styled nails with gel polish. He kept trying to get me to do dipped polish. I politely declined because my nails were short and ugly (since i always get acrylic) and i just needed them done for an event & didn't have time to grow out my nails to get dip. He ended up doing my nails short as opposed to long but i didn't complain because they were still cute. I believe i paid $50 + 20 tip. I went in a second time this time i had stiletto nails (from my original nail tech) and all i needed was a fill and no color. Literally just a fill. On their price board it says fills are $35-40 i assumed it would've been $45-50 since they were long and it was a specialty tip. I asked how much he would charge me for a full set for stiletto at the length i had he said $60. So i knew my total would be less than $60 since i was just getting fills with NO color not even a clear coat. He said he used "high end" acrylic powder which when he grabbed it was the regular powder everyone else was using. He kept asking me if i wanted color and kept trying to persuade me. My grand total was $70 not including tip. It didn't make sense as to why it was so high but i had already been there for 1.5 hours and was in a rush to leave so i paid. I don't understand how a fill with no color came out more expensive than the first full set i had gotten & more expensive than what he quoted me for the full set. My nails ended up chipping off from where he did the fill. I think these people will scam you and try to get as much money as they can from you while using the crappiest/ cheapest product. Love getting my nails done here.. I get the powder dip and they are perfect every single time. They all do an awesome job.

This is my 4th time coming here. Since currently moving here, i thought i would give them a try. I first came in with fill in and pedicure with gel polish each time. Each time i was charged a difference price. Then today 10/11/21, i came in bc just last week i was here and i another fill in and pedicure, well my fill in didn't even last a week. So just coming for a fill in, i expect a much better experience, to my surprise the guy that sit at table one wanted to argue with me about how he didn't do my previous fill ins and such. After several times of telling him what i wanted he did what he wanted. I left with half my nails painted and even though he put "3" coats on (which he did not). You could still see through my black gel polished nails! I came back and waited over 2 hours for them to fix it! Save your money and don't waste your time. The worst customer service ever!!!! I guess i should of looked at the 2.5 star rating before i even started. read more

not a good experience. i went to get coffin acrylic nails, i asked for a yin yang symbol on my ring ringer he said it would cost an extra $5 on top of the $5 for the coffin shape. i understand but i decided just to do on hand black gel, one hand white gel coffin style. the nails were really thick to be acrylic and the slim coffin style. then he did one hand with the gel, the other with a white dip powder. i would have been underneath if he told me he didn't have white gel, but he put the dip on without asking and i thought it was acrylic stuff because i've never had dip. it looked normal i just hated the length of my nails. it really went downhill when i went to get a fill in from another salon and they told me that since one of my hands had dip powder i had to now get a new full set. i paid $50 for a week of nails, it's crazy! this nail tech was inexperienced. i have heard about a lady named mary that does acrylic, i wish i could have seen her. read more
