The visit started fine, the lady at the front greeted us, she looked at my nails and asked if I needed an extension and I said no, because my nails grow fast and they're already long enough to just get dip on them and they'll look like I have extensions on. Also, I am careful about my nails, I take really good care of them and I like keeping my own nails. Well, short story long... I will never be coming back here, I had a horrible experience with the girl that did my nails, no only did she file the dip I already had on 10x times but put them in acetone 10x too. I mean yeah, you are supposed to soak them for a while in a warm bowl with acetone to get as much dip of the nail as you can before you work on them but the times and the way she did them were definitely unnecessary. While using the electric filer she did not hold my finger which we all know what that does. She messed up my nails, MY REAL NAILS. She had no care for them, which I understand - they're not yours, why should you care but when you're doing it for a living, you definitely should. I never got her name and I'm actually glad I never asked (if so, her name would be in bold capital letters, to make sure she gets the respect I received during my visit). Horrible work, horrible ethic, horrible service. She was the youngest out of them, kept her AirPods on and it seemed like she was on the phone as she kept talking and laughing to herself. I asked for square shaped w a brown dip and white chrome on top - that's originally what I already had on - you'd think that she would know what I was expecting the results to be - but like I said, she had no care whatsoever and did a nasty job on my nails. She complained that I already had too much dip on my nails from the previous place I had gone to and made my nails so thin that only TWO DAYS had gone by and they were already chipping and breaking. They charged me $60 - overcharge for clearly nothing. I honestly walked out of there furious, almost crying. I didn't want to pay that amount, not after the experience but I also did not want to cause a scene so I swiped the card and left. DEFINITELY NEVER EVER COMING BACK, they don't even deserve a star.

We were about 45 min early, just to go ahead talk, shownher what we wanted etc. We needed my 9 year old daughter's hair rolled and fixed for a pageant 8 min away. While we were patiently waiting, she and the other client were talking (a teen).. we over heard her cursing not 1-2x but just thru out their conversations (my 9 yr old is hearing all this) she was talking about some shows on tv & murder & she just liked that kind of stuff etc .. kept repeating her self, dropping stuff, cursing again.. etc etc.. well 2 hours goes by.. she still had not finished putting the girls hair in foil (no where near close). I had time to do my make up and my daughters make up, I teased and sprayed her hair with hair spray to "prep it" well she still is not done... so we had to get our stuff together and go.. we still had to get my daughter dressed and ready for the pageant... We drove over an hour after calling ahead to make sure they had time to do acrylics before her party. We ended up being there for over 3 hours, while multiple walk-ins were taken ahead of us. After waiting 2 hours, I politely spoke up and said we would just have hers done due to the time crunch. The woman insisted they could finish both of us in time. That didn't happen. My nails were completed start to finish faster than it took for her to even get her tips glued on, even though she was the priority. By the time we left, the quality of her nails was honestly unacceptable. This was her first experience getting acrylics, and it was upsetting to get to the car and see how poorly the underside and overall finish looked. What made it worse is that she didn't feel comfortable speaking up inside because she just wanted to leave after sitting there so long. We won't be returning, and we can't recommend this salon to others especially for something as special as a first-time experience for a young girl.
