They had took my mom and I in really fast. We went to Modern Nails a few weeks ago and they had charged me 90 dollars when the original price was 80, wouldn't recommend modern at the arnot mall. Here though, was amazing. The price was 40$ and they did a great job. read more

My nails came out decent BUT charged way more than advertised. Went in for an acrylic fill that was supposed to be $30, they didn't let me pick a color but asked me what color I wanted once seated so I said light pink. Without me knowing or agreeing they did gel and charged $20 more, THEN charged an extra $5 to file my nails...it is a fill of course they need to be filed down. Total scam and then had me pay while still getting my nails finished up and seated and when I questioned the prices the man doing them said "well they look good"...will never go back. read more

This place is a dump. I would give them 0 stars if i could. All about quantity & how many people they can get through quickly. 0% quality. The staff was extremely rude and degrading. I got dip powder- no tips. They did not clean my cuticles or take their time doing the nails. Did not apply any cuticle gel. Left caked on products on the sides of my fingers. I truly believe this is the worst set I've ever had and that I will have cracks as soon as tomorrow. When I went to check out my receipt was for $15 above the posted price. When I questioned it, they said it was for tips and filing. I did NOT get tips and in what world is it not included to gently file the nails to maintain shape after dip powder. My wife and I went to Nail Trix's last month and had great service, great staff. We will be going again soon.

Awful. DO NOT GO HERE! I asked the guy to give me a simple painted design and he never said he couldn't do it while he was doing my nails then it got time for him to paint on the hearts and he said he couldn't paint and tried to offer me kids nail glitters or stickers instead. They also charged me 15 dollars more than the price listed on the board. My nails hurt after he was finished and he didnt take his time at all when doing them. I will never come back here. Biggest waste of 2 hours and 45 dollars ever!! read more

Went here a couple years ago and the guy was so rude he threw a bottle of polish remover at me and told me to take it off myself while he watched tv. I said no because I'm paying him to do it. He was so rude the entire time and I refused to go back again. I ended up going about a week ago when I got a gift card for my birthday. I decided to get a pedicure and full set of acrylics. The lady's there were so nice and talked and laughed with me while they were doing my pedicure. They worked really hard and did a beautiful job. Then it was time for my acrylics. The guy argued with what shape I should do them (wanted to do coffin but I can't have them long because of my job). I explained this and he rolled his eyes at me. He kept trying to push the dip powder which was really uncomfortable. I don't have the the money for that. He asked how old I was and didn't believe me when I said 21. He kept questioning me on it saying I look 14. That was also uncomfortable. My nails looked alright some of them were uneven in length. I was charged 30 for regular polish and I don't think it was worth it. I feel so bad for the ladies that work there. I've read many reviews about him being rude to other people. They would be much better of with out him. They are the only reason I gave this review three stars. I definitely recommend getting pedicures here from them. read more

I was here on Saturday, out of town to visit family. I wanted to treat my teenage niece to a fill in and she said this is her place. She likes one lady ONLY in this dump. Anyway, I literally got the most terrible manicure ever from the meanest man ever. Pulling my fingers very rough, no base coat, no hand massage, didn't buff one had. He also was extremely rude and made some nasty comment about the fact that I didn't have all five fingers in the water as I was soaking one hand. Not to mention the absolute disgusting nail polish remover dip he ordered to stick my fingers in. This place is filthy and this old guy is horrible. Do not waste your money. read more

i got my nails don't and they were so bad, and as i was getting them done this lady came in and said she had black dots all around her eyes, the man that did my nails said that they would last at least 3-4 weeks... they came off within a week and a half. i do not recommend this place. not only did the man do a bad job on my nails he also was very very rude, i asked for a pink and whit and instead i got a french tip. he also got upset when i said that i didn't like the shape of my nails. never going back there again read more

Today I went to nail trix. Got a full set with gel polish. Nancy was wonderful. The guy who did my nails was so rough. My nails look awful and there r specs of debris in the polish. Not happy. Here's the best part.. My girlfriends asked me if I wanted to go to Chinese Buffett for lunch. He looked at me and told me I was big and told me I should only have a little Chinese food. Has gone downhill so much won't be open much longer. Used to be full with long wait. Now it's empty with one or two employees at a time. Nancy is nice and does a good job. The guy with the one eye that is off center literally WATCHES TV while he does your toes and paints the tips of your toes. AWFUL refuse to have him. read more

I will never go to this place again. The people were horribly rude! They rushed so much my nails hurt by the end. Not to mention the guy doing my nails told me that what I wanted would take to long, and he wasn't going to do it, so he did what HE wanted to my nails. He kept making sure I was going to pay every 5 minutes, and was just really creepy. Two friends of mine went with me who were also treated rudely. It was ridiculous. I felt I shouldn't have even had to pay with the treatment I got, but they still made me pay full price. read more

Had a guy do my sister's mani/pedi and he only did HALF the stuff he was suppose to. He didn't push back her cuticles on her toes or fingers! He did such a terrible job at her french manicure paint job that he had to redo it from the beginning TWICE! He was too busy staring at the other employee to notice what a crappy job he was doing. He was also RUDE! $40 for a mani/pedi of this beginners level is OUTRAGEOUS! It was only worth $10! A 12 year old can do a better job! She will NEVER return there. They made him redo the paint job- which was airbrushed in the end. They also gave us 3 bottles of body butter cream for free to compensate for the terrible service. Don't go to the guy with the lazy eye... unless you like your mani/pedi to look like a 6 year old did it! I have had two mani/pedis there and both of mine were good. But the mani paint only lasted 3 days. And they do get crazy with the clear coat, getting it all over your fingers too! read more
