This was during normal business hours. She also asked me to let other customers know that she would be right back (im not her business partner). After waiting 15 minutes she came back and let us in but told us that we would have to clean our own beds before we could even use them because she didn't have the time. Disgusting!!!! Then when I got done tanning she told me to sit on the couch and wait to fill out a new card (since my package of 15 sessions had disappeared after she took ownership). I waited another 10 minutes while she flitted around talking with other people not really doing anything all to important. Then I was asked to fill out a new card while she disapeared again. She had me there for 55 minutes for a 10 minutes session. On top of that the bulbs must be old because I got absolutely no color and it was my first time tanning in over 8 months. She is extremely unprofessional!!! I will never go back there as long as this owner owns the business.

Ashley was able to get me in very quick. We chatted the entire appointment and she made me feel so warm and welcome. I don't know what solution she uses but I live in Charlotte and actively spray tan, this is by far the best tan I have ever had. Might be looking at houses in NY now.

Shouldn't they be prepared and know what works in their business. Also when i walked in it was not busy at all and the owner was on her phone asking me to wait...i waited in the lobby for about 20- 30 minutes when I got there when no one was getting a mani or pedi. My whole mani and pedi took 3 hours and didnt even look worth the $70 I spent but I felt bad for the girl. I will not be going back!

Damn it all!!!!! Well, here's my update. Husband went back. Haircut was "ok". Lady cut her finger though and bled everywhere wrapped it in paper towel and kept cutting his hair! Unsanitary!! My husband who likes to give people chances came back again as I write this! This time I believe it's the owner, and she not only shaved the back to where we now like it but she freaking shaved/cut the top!!!!! So much for looking decent for our banquet!! Ripped!!!!
