She barely cut cuticles, filed inconsistently leaving uneven toe nails. I consistently had to ask for further clipping filing buffing just not a relaxing experience at all. I declined the massage which came with package. I no longer wanted this person who clearly didnt care or take pride in her work to touch me further i even had to ask for cuticle oil!
