Very disappointed. My teenage daughter came out of the salon crying. She was so upset with how…read moreher manicure turned out. Nothing like the picture she showed the tech. I called to see if it could be fixed and I was told there would be a $10 charge ( We just paid $75 for the service). When I questioned the charge and tried to explain that the manicure wasn't executed properly, the technician hung up on me. We rarely have issues with nails/hair, but on the rare occasion something doesn't turn out right, most normal businesses are happy to make it right. This review would have been very different if I didn't feel I was treated so poorly when I called to see if she could come in sometime soon to get it fixed. We will not be back and unless you enjoy paying someone $75 to make your kid cry and hanging up on you, I wouldn't suggest you go there either. Oh, and he spent a good bit of the time he was doing her manicure on the phone... maybe another disappointed customer ?!?

Went there today for a pedicure. I ended up getting a mani pedi. The sign had $45 for that service…read more I was going to get gel until they told a lady who got the same service $75. I quickly said I just wanted regular polish because if I'm paying that much I'm getting acrylics not just a regular polish. The guy I had was very rude the whole time. Usually that doesn't bother me since everyone has bad days. He didn't talk to me unless I asked him a question. It was fine until I was getting the polish on my finger nails and he touched my left pointer finger. I was drying my nails with the fan and when I put them back for him to do a top coat he yelled at me for touching it when he was the one who did it. "See what you did, you touched it and now there's a big mess. I told you not to touch it. Now I need to redo it" i replied with "I didn't even do anything my hand was way back here (showing him where my hand was) and you had my other hand. There was no way I could've touched my nail at all". After that he sat me down at the table with the fans and completely forgot about me. He went to the massage chairs. I checked my own nails after quite a while and they were done. When I stood up to pay he comes over. I paid $45 and tax. I signed the receipt and he looked for a tip. I always tip even when I have a bad experience but today was just not happening. Not only did he yell at me, he made me bleed (on multiple fingers and toes) he rushed on me (my mom sat down before me and was done 20 minutes after me) and he yelled at the lady before me who wanted a polish to match or at least somewhat match the color she had on her nails. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
