I went to the spa and waited 20 minutes until they accepted me then told me that they scheduled on the wrong day. I would get a massage but have to wait half hour for my sister to get a message. I went to the salon for the first time in October. The salon has a very relaxed and friendly environment. The salon felt upscale they offer free wine and other drinks. My appointment was with Chelsea. I received an amazing scalp massage when my hair was washed. Please do not go! I just moved recently and was looking for a new salon. I drove past Down time salon and spa, and thought I would try it. Do not judge a book by its cover, the salon looks nice on the outside, but inside it is a chaos! I made an appointment to have my eye brows waxed. The staff was unorganized and the atmosphere was far from relaxing. I asked to have my eyebrows cleaned up not reshaped! But what I got were eyebrows that looked just like the girl who did mine. They were thin and short! Not to mention all the loose hairs around the eyebrow which she forgot or neglected to wax or pluck! It took almost 3 months to have them grow out enough to be fixed at my old salon, which now I am more than happy to drive an hour to have my eyebrows and hair done.
