My second half leg wax was very rushed (10 mins) And all my hair grew back within days i was quite sad as i was on holiday:( I had a top lip and chin wax done and my hair was growing back the next evening. It is very trendy and has a strong organic feel to it. The floor always grabs my attention, it's like pebbles but they're tiles...! The smell is the first thing that hits you in this particular branch, it smells very strongly of herbs and natural scents. Their main shampoo's, Aveda, boasts itself on being totally natural and organic. You're welcome, mother nature. When you first sit down, you are given a bit of paper with various options for free extra's. They offer free massages - hand and head - free make up and free mini-facials - bliss!! The address can be a bit hard to find if you're just going off GPS the first time around (or are an American who has no idea how to find things otherwise) but it's pretty simple thereafter. I saw her for waxing and Gelish manicures and she did a good job with both every time. Prices were extremely fair and she did her job very quickly and efficiently. She also has a very good policy with nails (at least the gel ones, not sure what she does otherwise) where if the manicure doesn't hold after so long she will repair the whole thing for free. I believe it was two weeks. (Sorry I haven't seen her in a couple months) Anyhow, she did a great job and I like her a lot. She also does business both on the phone and by e-mail if you can't find her via one route or the other. Look her up on the website if you need all the info.
