They have good opening hours so you can go in the evenings or weekends. The salon is trendy and the staff are professional and helpful. The treatment room is small but clean and welcoming. The therapist was friendly and very professional and made the experience as enjoyable as waxing can be! There is plenty of parking outside in the car park and the prices are very competitive. I thought it might have just been my hair being tangly or something although it is not curly but when I spoke to someone else about them they said a different hairdresser here who was also painful the way they handled their hair. When they brush and wash it they pull too hard. They have a good online system where you can book your appointment which is really handy as well as regular updates and newsletters.

It was explained to me that due to the fineness of my hair, it might not work out quite the same but I took the chance. Louise, my stylist has always worked with me to make sure my hair looks great and easy to manage which is what I want from a good haircut. At the wash basin, without fail, I'm asked if I like a hot or warm wash and as for the head massage, love it! All in all, a great experience and one I would highly recommend.

The hair salon is in the Westhill Shopping Centre. It is a large salon with lots of hairdressers and is stylish and busy. You always get offered a nice coffee and often a nice head massage while they wash your hair. I always feel pampered and well treated after getting a hair cut here. The prices are on par with hairdressers in Aberdeen, about £35 for a cut and blow dry but it is great to go to a hairdresser out of town (parking is good) and get great service and a good haircut. The beauty salon is very nice and I always feel I am in good hands, the treatment room is stylish and the therapists are very good, although prices are more expensive than other salns in the area. All in all I like it very much - word of warning, it gets very busy so make sure to book in advance for weekends and evenings.

The Therapist was sooo good, made me feel very relaxed, and extra little things in the service made it better that any facial I have had. The Aveda products were amazing! (I bought some before I left). Then I had may cut and blowdry. The Stylist knew exactly what I wanted, was chatty and again nice and relaxed. Gave me some good tips on my hair. The blowdry was also exactly what i wanted. The prices were very reasonable. I would have paid more. I will be back, and will recommend to all I know. You should try it. They have a great website!
