My daughter and I went in for pedicures. She had a man and I had a woman. My daughter said the man was really rough and her pedicure was painful, so I was happy the woman was going to do mine. One star for this nail salon is giving them a lot of credit. **long detailed review of why I do not recommend this nail salon** I came into this salon giving them the benefit of doubt because there weren't much reviews of their work and a few bad reviews, nevertheless- I wanted to give them a shot. I had received both a manicure with regular nail polish and gel pedicure. After the pedicure and once I got to the manicure, for some reason nothing seemed to have gone right. Never have I ever been at a salon where they claim to be incapable of doing a little design without having to overcharge me by having me get acrylic. Most nail salons are able to do a small design with regular nail polish. As much as they kept pushing me to get acrylic I just backed down to getting plain color nail polish. As you can tell from the pictures cleaning up around the nail wasn't the best. When the nail polish was being applied, I noticed the nail dryer sitting on the counter with us wasn't used once. So first coat of nail polish was applied- just sitting there letting it dry naturally while she painted the nails on the other hand. Didn't think anything of it until she was done with the other hand and came back to do the second coat without letting it dry completely. So of course as she was dragging the brush across the partially wet/dry first coat- it began clumping up. I could see her trying to push the clumps of nail polish around to try and fix it but instead decided to add more nail polish to cover it. Still, I said nothing because I figured she had a plan to make it look good. Once done, the nail polish wasn't even touching or remotely close to the cuticle. The clear polish on top wasn't applied thoroughly either. So we get done and I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. Once I get to the counter to pay, the price for manicure was overpriced for the results I had gotten. But what tipped me off the edge with this salon is that they expected me to pay an expensive tab with CASH. NOWHERE in the salon does it say that they prefer cash. Not only that, but when using a debit/credit card they charge $2 MORE. Being charged $2 MORE was NOT posted on a sign anywhere around or in front of the store either. I don't mind there being a charge for using a card, but to know you either have to bring a lot of cash to avoid being overcharged WITHOUT an ATM in the salon was mind blowing to me. I'm not one to get upset at someone for trying, but this service was just pure laziness. I wasn't being rude or speaking much while watching this awful experience was taking place because I wanted to see if this was going to be a great experience by the time it was done. But I wish for the sake of others who are trying to venture out to new nail salons- DO NOT GO TO NAIL PRO unless you want an AWFUL and OVERPRICED experience. read more

My friend and I went to get a full set and toe nails painted. We had appointments, but have more than 2 workers so I imagine the wait time isn't bad. Everyone was friendly. We got gel nails full set they were $45. Toe nails painted was $20 with gel polish. I don't think they had regular polish so it was either gel or SNS nails. Little rough when filing your nails. One of my nails was not painted very well, which I didn't notice til I left. But overall it was good. read more

Warning LONG POST AHEAD..... When I have my nails done, where I go, it usually depends on when I have time, whether it's after work or on a weekend. Normally I have them done in Maysville. I'm off work today. I decide to go have them done. The gentleman asks me where I had them done the last time, they are awful. Says I'm all over the place getting them done and I told him it's because it depends on where & when I have time to get them done. Now granted this is a business and you would think they would want the business but instead he is rude and hateful. And after about an hour later, as I'm paying for them, after I say "Thank you, they look great", he says "You go anywhere else, next we won't do them again....if you do we won't fix their problems we won't do your nails again". Dude.... I'm here to tell you, after your attitude today I WILL NOT be back. The one thing the other salons have over you is that they at least polite to the customers. Not to mention you tell me I'm done, had me pay, before I realized my nails were not dry. You know...this world is ugly enough without you being ugly for no reason. read more

I felt very rushed. The technician was rude and he filed the length of my real nails down with a drill!! My nails are jagged, uneven, and different lengths. I felt as I were imposing and bothering him. This isn't my first negative experience at this place. Most of the time the gel polish doesn't even last a week. The only reason I've continued to go back is the convenience of the location. It's like Christmas, you know you're going to get something but you don't know what it is you're getting. I will never go back again. I would rather do my nails myself. read more
