Have went to this business for over 5 years to get a hair cut. The turnover rate for stylist is high. Someone new cuts your hair pretty much every time. The people they hire need to be trained on company policy. They don't know how to follow directions of signs posted in the place of business. They think they are better than their customers. Had an issue with them the other day regarding their bathrooms.
Upon walking into the business, right under the front check in desk is a sign that clearly states "Restrooms are for customers only". I checked in and proceeded to walk to the back of the business to where the bathrooms were located. Having been there for 5+ years, I knew where the bathrooms were, and being a grown adult...I didn't ask "where is your bathroom?" because I already knew. We're not in 5th grade anymore. So after proceeding to walk to the bathroom, my wife informed me all of the stylist started to look at me funny as I walked back, and started to whisper among each other about me, and started to look at the back to see what I was doing. They were doing that, because when I got to the back of the store, I saw on bathroom #1 there was a "OUT OF ORDER" sign taped to the middle of the door. On bathroom #2 door, there was no sign posted or anything. I proceeded to knock on the door and no one was in there. I used the restroom, washed my hands and was in and out in under a minute. Upon walking to the front of the business my 6 year old son informed me that he "needed to go pee". So having just used the restroom with no issue, I stood up and grabbed his hand on proceeded to walk him to the back of the business so he could use bathroom #2 which was not "out of order". Upon starting to pass the stylist, one of them stopped me and told me I couldn't take him back to the restroom because it was "out of order". I told her, I just used the bathroom and the first one was out of order. I asked if it was because it seemed to be a "womens" bathroom. There were no signs posted on the outside of the bathroom to indicate that it was a male/female bathroom. She then stated that it is our personal bathroom. Even though myself and my son were customers and they had a perfectly fine working restroom in the back, she denied a 6...SIX year old to use the restroom. Someone needs to teach all of them some morals. I look forward to visiting this business many times in the future and instead of writing in my 20%+ tip every time, I am going to write "Out of Order" because...my hands are perfectly fine of writing in a tip, I just don't want to do it.
