She also does a great job with mens cuts and trims up my dad's beard and mustache and keeps him looking clean. The shop is small, but very cozy w/ a nice waiting room and a great atmosphere.

I hate to be rude and ask for silence, but this just seems like a given to me. Unfortunately, this is the second massage I've had in Cincinnati, and the second time the masseuse has talked throughout the entire thing. Why is this? To make matters worse, they are now constantly spamming my email account with specials and deals. There is no way to unsubscribe, and they put EVERYONE'S email addresses in the "to" line, so first names, last names, and email addresses are visible to everyone on the list. I replied requesting they unsubscribe me and mentioned they may want to at least BCC everyone (a bulk mailer would be more professional). They finally hid email addresses, but I am still receiving the same annoying email over and over again. While everyone who worked there was very nice, and the massage (aside from the talking) was decent, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this email spamming really pushed things over the line for me.

After the appointments, which took 45 minutes total for both children, I was charged $30 for each child despite explaining I had confirmed pricing by phone in advance, specifically for this stylist. During the haircut, the stylist did not demonstrate knowledge of how to appropriately brush curly hair and was pulling out and breaking strands of my daughter's hair in her rush to get through the appointment - which, as stated above, did not take the full time we had booked. They also did not have (at least did not offer) booster seats for my daughter while her hair was being washed so this is not a place I would recommend for smaller children. Would not recommend.
