Had a pedicure here today for the first time. The salon seemed clean and we got in at our appointment time. However, my friend and I had appointments together for our birthday and I was completely finished before they even started hers. The older lady did mine and from start to finish spent about 12-15 minutes. When using the cuticle cutter it hurt several times as she was cutting more that she should. Asked her not to cut too short; this is too short. Also, didn't really spend any time buffing off the rough part of the cuticle that sticks to the nail. read more

I absolutely adore this place! They have good service and the most I've ever waited to get in was probably ten minutes. They're fast, but good quality. He cut my toe then they wanted to put "medicine" on it. No thank you, I went to Urgent Care and got a tetanus shot and got my toe cleaned up. I go back to the doc in a week or two to follow up and ensure it's not getting infected. I didn't even hear an apology. An older woman in pajamas who appeared to work there seemed very uninterested that a customer was injured and bleeding in the shop. Gave it one extra star to be nice but we will see if I gained a foot fungus from this place. My appointment was at 230 they didn't even put me in a chair until 3 and I had to sit there and "soak" my feet in luke warm water for 20 mins before anyone even started on my pedicure. The gal cleaned out clippings from the nail clipper and the file had lines on it already so it was reused. Their method of cleaning the foot tub portion was scarce and no sanitizer was used just strong Perfume scented cleaning product with a poof that was used on all the tubs. One of the ladies daughter was there. No big deal, but she was yelling at her a lot and that was sad and far from relaxing. At one point the lady dropped the polish color ( they couldn't find the first gel color I chose)and she had to roll the cart to find it and it was a caked mess underneath so they never deep clean. This place used to be my favorite for a pedicure but the last handful of times they have done not so good of a service. I like my pedicure French super squared! being Hurt continuously with the drill and then the polish was lumpy and looked like i allowed my son to polish them. Color all over cuticles... just super bad service and the lady was even rude. sorry I don't receive free services to not complain! I pay for this! never again! and to say I believe I was a pretty good regular customer as I do like to visit every 2 weeks. read more

Very poor customer service! They got angry when I didn't understand them and asked them to explain. I dont think they understand english. The workers yell back and forth between them and argue. Filthy dirty shop. Poor quality work. My first time visiting them and nail polish lifted and had to go back the next day to get it redone. Went to get a fill she didn't even take off the nail polish off which was white dip powder she just filled the bottom chose that pretty gray "shellac" she painted over the white, I got them done Friday 1/25 and my thumbs started chipping had to go get them fixed 2 hours later they said cause I need to turn my thumbs better so they can dry ?? The following day my other nails started chipping. I payed $30 for a fill I even tipped Amy If I knew that was going to happen I would've just payed for a FRESH NEW SET. Sunday they are closed so I waited till today Monday 1-28 to go show her but they where busy so my apt was for 4 pm but Iam not going to waste my time to go get them fixed lesson learned, Not writing this to bash just sharing my experience and waste of money. Trust me, I have tried MANY of the nail salons in the Quincy, Ephrata, and Wenatchee area and I'm so happy to have found this gem location. The service was quick, without feeling like an inconvenience to them. My nails look great! Price is finally reasonable AND upfront (no gauging you for more). May not look like much, but for the price, customer service, and quality, I have my new favorite spot! Highest recommendation! Went there because I wanted something quick and they were the only place available at the time I wanted to go in. I got a manicure but did not get a massage like a regular manicure should have. Polish started to peel off the next day because my nails were polished on the skin around my nails (which is a no go for shellac polish). It was not worth my money I won't go there again. read more

I love this place!! I come here for everything (pedicure, manicure or acrylic). They always do a great job on my nails I always get the shape and size I ask for. I'm mostly a walk in person and they always seat me right away. I've been to other salons in the Wenatchee area and everywhere they over charge and dont do what is asked. They always schedule appointments more than one and when it's your turn to go they are rushed and they don't do a well job! Their prices are great, that is undeniable. When I first started going there, they did a really good job and my nails would last for 3 1/2 to 5 weeks (acrylics). Then the last 10 months or so, they would still do a good job (appearance wise) but my nails wouldn't last for more than 2 to 2 1/2 weeks without them popping off. Due to my job and not having the time to go back every 2 weeks to get a fill (or even a new set of nails put on if they all popped off), I just had to stop and have now decided to not have my acrylic nails anymore. It was either that or having hands that looked horrible for a week or 2 until I could find the time to go back and get a fill or a new set put on. So, I don't know what happened about 10 months ago that changed, but I'm really disappointed because I always loved my nails and had many compliments of how nice they looked. read more

I am extremely disappointed. I was referred here by a friend, and they had a glowing report, it was the place they always went, etc. I was really wanting to try acrylics for the first time, and had been comparing all the other nail places in Wenatchee, and only settled on this one because my friend recommended it. When I walked in, I immediately thought how cluttered and unorganized it seemed. There were lots of polish choices, but the chairs and stuff looked pretty old. I didn't have to wait long, but as soon as I sat down, and confirmed what I wanted (a full set of gel acrylics is what I asked for, but I don't think I got whah I was imagining), the girl just grabbed my hand and started going to work. She gave me the color options, but didn't even give me time to look through them. I was trying to flip through the choices with one hand, which was difficult. She was working on my nails super fast and wasn't taking hardly any time to inspect them or take CARE of them. Again, this was my first time getting acrylics so I didn't know what to expect. She didn't take any time to take care of my natural nail. She literally took the clippers and cut once in the very middle, leaving the edges sharp and square and uneven. She didn't even file them. She did what I asked for with length and shape, but was so messy putting on the acrylics tips. She got nail glue on some of the skin around my fingers. She just slapped on the nails. I also asked for a thin layer of acrylic, and acrylic is much thicker than I would have liked. This was earlier today. Ever since I got my nails done, they have been hurting, and now, i'm the late evening, 4-7 nails hurt quite badly. I don't know what exactly the girl did wrong, but I am cringing already at what my real nails are going to look like when I take this off. Do not go to this place. They will rush, even if there's no one behind you, like in my case. Also, when I was paying, I payed with a Visa gift card. I used all the money on the card, so I didn't need it any longer. I asked her if she could throw the card away, because there was nothing on it, but she just handed it back to me and said, "no, you can throw it away yourself."
