She is very gentle, the included calf massage and scrub were great, and my toes look very nice. Negative - my French manicure was not done very well. I asked the manicurist to make the white part not too thick, but she made it so thin it didn't even cover the white part of my nails. I didn't have time to ask for her to fix it so decided to just live with it. The worst part was that the manicure chipped in less than 24 hours. All I did after the manicure was go to a wedding. No housework, no gardening, or any activities that should be hard on a manicure. By the end of the wedding that evening, two nails were badly chipped and by the next day, several more had chipped. I just took all the polish off last night. $25 plus a $7 tip wasted. This was a regular French manicure, not gel or acrylics. I expected it to chip within a week, but I've NEVER had a manicure that didn't even last 24 hours. I don't live locally but if I did, I would ask for Tina for both the manicure and pedicure and see if it lasts longer.

The gel polish was peeling. And now my nails are splitting and chipping. My nails were not damaged and brittle before the mani because I never used a drill on may natural nail. My nails are going to take months to get over this mani. I really wanted to leave a positive review because the staff was very nice. But I was deeply disappointed about the quality of the mani.

The employees help each other out and give advice to each other in regards to the clients hair. Aubrey was amazing... she's worked her behind off to be a stylist and she's only 19!! She is a driven hardworking woman. We talked about color options and hair cut type before she started. The price was told to me up front and it didn't waver when I checked out. Throughout my cut and color she was answering any questions I had. I'm the type of client who wants/ love the stylist to take charge ..she knew exactly what hair cut would look the best for me and I trusted her. It came out amazing!!
